I have done business with this company twice so far. They have been professional, and VERY helpful with anything that I needed. They have EXCELLENT customer service, and if you have an issue with anything, they take care of it in a very timely manner. Each time that I ordered something from them, it was time sensitive for events that I have coming up. They got the job done, and I received my prints right on time. The quality of the printing is great, and I don't need to search for any other company to do business with. I am a filmmaker, and I need a lot of promotional materials. I will always use Platinum Exposer for all of my printing needs. read more

This is my first review ever. We needed to print some invitations for our daughters sweet 16. We had another company in place, when they pulled out at the very last minute. I looked for other company's, and I got a lot of I don't work on the weekends, I'm away until such and such day, and I needed to send this invites ASAP. I got in contact with Naquita, and she made herself available for me that Saturday!!! We told her our theme, we threw ideas back and forth. She had the draft that night, and we got the invites in a week!!! She went above and beyond to take care of our needs and wants!!! She was professional, the design itself was amazing, the delivery time excellent, and most importantly the price was great!!!! We will be working with her for any future design and print jobs!!! read more

Re: Commendation - Larvetta Jones The purpose of this letter is to formally and publicly commend Larvetta Jones for the excellent service she provided to JC'S Gift Shop throughout the ramp-up and launch of our new product line. In my opinion, the level of service that Ms. Jones extended to our company was far beyond our expectations. I have never before written a letter like this on an entirely unsolicited basis. However, in this case I was so impressed by the support and service provide by Ms. Jones and her small team of marketing and communications specialists that I felt compelled to go on record with my praise. These people truly deserve it. In an era where exceptional one-to-one customer service excellence has virtually disappeared from our industry, the work that Larvetta and her team did should be held up as an example for others to try to emulate. What particularly impressed me about the level of service provided by Ms. Jones in all was that there were no additional financial rewards involved. It appears that it was simply the team's extraordinary commitment to excellence in customer service and support that motivated them to always go the extra mile. Their example even had a positive impact on the attitude and productivity of our own staff! In closing, I believe that Larvetta Jones and her team truly deserve to be congratulated and rewarded for providing customer service and support well beyond the expectations of our company on the JC'S Gift Shop project. read more

I will definitely recommend them. They are now my new company for fliers and posters. Prices are amazing.

This is the first time I have used this company. I have never hired a company to provide this type of service. This will not be the last time I will use this company. I needed flyers made and distributed for my company. The flyers were reproduced on high quality paper and looked really great. The distribution of the flyers was done by a team of people that are experienced and know what they are doing. I knew from the very start that I was in the hands of a real professional. Start to finish was a flawless experience. The communication was always clear and fast. There was no question on what was happening during the entire process. We also had t shirts made to give to the team. Again very very professional and well executed. My logo has lots of colors and there was no set up fee. While the entire process was reasonably priced it honestly felt like I was the most important client. Nothing felt cheap or rushed or second hand. I appreciate that. That's the sign of a company that loves what they do. read more
