Rude service. Don't use the copy machine - customers aren't allowed to. BUT they don't have any signs up saying that when calmly suggesting to the employee that they should put up a sign (instead of embarrassing customers about "don't use that!") the employee rolled his eyes at me and said that it's up to management or the manager. read more

I try to only leave positive reviews, however I feel I must warn anyone who is thinking about driving their car into this parking lot. There use to be a few pot holes that were manageable to avoid until now! I was here this week and COULD NOT believe the multiple (more than a couple) of sink holes in the one-way-only parking lot. They were all full with water and I was forced to drive my car through them! There is absolutely no way to avoid them and you cannot back out which means you are forced to wreck your car! You will bottom out , ruin your alignment, or wreck your rims and tires if you drive your car here. I was so upset when I finally parked! I saw a few other cars come in after me... everyone's cars had to have gotten damaged like mine. As I waited on the UPS line, the customer in front of me was complaining to the associate about the driveway. All the worker said to him was "The owner never cared about it before, so he's not going to care now." I cannot believe UPS doesn't have a problem with this! How do they not wreck their trucks?? And then when you leave, you have to dodge more pot holes on the exit. Total nightmare!!!! It is not worth damaging your car! Shame on this landlord, you should care! read more

The people are entirely rude. I was trying to use a prepaid label and having some trouble with my phone, instead of helping me when I couldn't figure it out they became upset and began to argue with me, they were so rude the two woman were working at the counter today at 11 a.m. on April 3 2025 they should be fired. Also the parking lot is atrocious. I will NEVER use this store again as this is the second time i have been treated poorly. The prior time I was going to have an item packed and shipped the woman a the counter actually rolled her eyes at me when i asked for an estimate of​ the cost. Stay away, they do not deserve our hard earned money. I will drive to Rome from now on if I need UPS. If I could leave a 0 rating I would. read more

Eric and the staff were very careful with all of our breakables and liquids that we needed shipped back home from vacation! This store is charging for boxes when returning stuff to Amazon. I just paid 13.03 for 2 boxes when my merchandise wasn't even opened and it had its own boxes. Only one person working and a huge line to the door read more

Sent a print order through their online system. They didn't have it done and couldn't upload the image so I wasted time in the store trying to email a copy of the pdf. AFTER I had gone through that mess they then decided to tell me they couldn't print the poster size color copies I needed because their machine "wasn't working". Total wast of time, DON'T advertise that you do "quick copies" if you can't actually do them! read more

Dropped off a package . Man behind counter did not speak a word when I walked to the counter. He continued taping a package . Walks over to register I hand him the package, he still says nothing . He scans and prints my receipt still says nothing . I take my receipt I say thank you . Still the man never said anything . Clearly should not be waiting on customers. read more

I called this location at 10 am on 12/31/2019 and got the answering machine to leave a message. I began leaving a message to have someone return my call and just as I was about to hang up, someone at this store picks up the phone. I asked what their business hours were for the day and the person said we are open until 1 pm. I reiterated 1 pm and he said yes. I then traveled a good 45 minutes in bad weather and arrived at their store at 11:30 AND THEY WERE CLOSED. I managed to find another location that does Amazon returns and learned that this North Utica location has a know reputation for closing up shop without notice. Too many shipping locations to put up with a business operated by a liar. read more

I went to this store to pack and ship something delicate. I chose them because I had more confidence in a professional packing business than myself. The cost to pack was a bit high but it was worth the peace of mind. Unfortunately, it arrived broken. The manager stated no problem it is covered and said a refund should be coming. Weeks have passed by and I have not heard anything. Each time I check, the manager is uninterested and blames UPS (after she told me they sent the refund check well over 2 weeks ago). I dont get the impression she is trying to help me at all and just keeps blaming UPS. They should do their best to assist a customer and they dont care. read more

Worst customer service I have ever seen. They mis-handled a package that my parents paid around $250 to ship to me. They included my phone number without the country code, so the courier had no idea how to reach me when the package arrived in Romania. I managed to speak with the manager of the store who told me that the problem is with the courier and that I should handle it/not her problem, even though I didn't have a direct contract with the courier that they used. Two other employees I spoke to were equally rude and uninformed, and one of them simply hung up, telling me she did not have time to read emails that I sent. For 10 days after the last phone contact I tried to email and call The UPS Store and left messages but nobody answered the phone or returned my calls or emails. My sister finally went in person to the store to reclaim the package, which they reluctantly handed over to her after having lied to my mother and told her they didn't have it. They never even contacted us to let us know the package had been returned! Finally, the owner of the franchise was equally unhelpful. He ultimately refused a refund, so we will have to sue the store. read more
