Because I'm very sick from chemotherapy and radiation treatments. I had a question and I spent one week calling multiple times each day but to no avail! The same thing goes with the so-called supervisor who is at another number. When I brought this up to the young lady, who was there She told me she was just a part timer. The office was totally still and vacant of any customers and that young lady had all the time in the world to pick up a telephone to speak for 30 seconds.

The notification from website said my package was delivered today in the parcel box and I went to…read morethe mailboxes and no key, I called the customer service 800# they filed a report. I really needed those items. So I tried calling Pritchard St., in Utica, I literally called 15 times and when they said leave message but you couldn't leave one. So I went to the post office they made it sound all good, she was going to tell a supervisor, and they said they were going to find the driver. Really look to see who had my route. Needless to say no one called no package delivered. This is the 2nd time this has happened and the post office found the driver the 1st time and he brought it my house and apologized for putting key in different mailbox. Postal service is absolutely horrible!!

Instead, I was woken up at 10:30pm by the delivery driver on my porch dropping it off. When Jeff from the Rome office did a follow-up w me the next day, he didn't even offer so much as an apology. Said a neighbor must have brought it by and had nothing to say about my two previous missing shipments. I'm a disabled widow who gets my groceries delivered from Amazon and Rome USPS is playing fast and loose with ppls pkgs...and can't even be bothered to take responsibility.
