They wanted to charge me $1000 to fix them. When I told them that was too much money for rear brakes, they called me back and dropped the the price to $763. Still too much so I told them no and I would have my Uncle look at them. My car is currently in Poland at a family business and they just called to tell my rear brakes and rotors are completely fine nothing wrong with them!! I am beyond disappointed in Mastrovito! They were looking to make money off me. I can't imagine what they do to older customers and women. How many times have they tried to rip someone off. They are wonderful by giving back to the community, just don't trust them when you take your car in for a recall. Btw the cost to replace both would have been $300 if needed. Big difference!!! They should be ashamed of themselves!

I was given an appointment for Friday October 9th.I received a text as soon as I left confirming that date along with several others and a phone call. I had my car there at 7:15 and was told I would be called/text with updates. When I heard nothing all day it was 4:15 and I was smart enough to drive there to check on my car. When I arrived I was told the tech never got to it ,do I want another date? I never raised my voice, never showed anger, I just said I will take my car and call again, mind you if I had not drove there they would have never called/text and I would not have my car for the weekend. I went back Saturday to set up another service date and that was set for Wednesday the 14th. This time no text, no reminder text/email . I drove back on Monday to confirm but nope, they could not find me on the computer and had no record I was coming in, again I showed no anger, was not rude, never raised my voice. I dropped the car Tuesday night thinking I was all set. Wednesday arrived and I received a text about the service to be performed. I called the service desk to confirm what should be done and was put on hold. I waited 25 minutes and then I called from another phone to let them know I was still on hold. "oh I am so sorry" was the response , "hold please !" I waited Another 9 minutes, still not talking to anyone , get the other phone and repeat the process but this time I respond by saying just leave it. I will take it somewhere else. "OK "was the response. When I arrived I was handed back my envelope with my keys in it and I quote "your all set thanks." Still not raising my voice and in total control I ask to speak to the service manager but was told was in a meeting (10:15). I then asked to speak to the General Manager, no in a meeting, they did let me speak to the the Assistant Service manager who listened to my concerns, but honestly spent more time telling me why I was on hold for 30 minutes rather than my concerns. What a way to treat a customer who was willing to pay$199.95 an hour. I guess if we are billing on what people's time is worth they owe me for at least the drive there and back Friday and Saturday and again Wednesday- 199.95 x 3 = $599.85-- yes I am being sarcastic. this department needs some serious customer relations training

The car he found is in great shape, they're standing behind it with a three year factory warranty that was a reasonable add on, and despite the fact that I live an hour and a half away, they'll give me a loaner when I need service. The capper? The financing payments came in $25 LESS than my target payment. That's because they shopped around for the best deal. If this is how Steet Ponte intends to be in the future, they're the very best dealership I've ever dealt with and I don't ever have to go anywhere else. Strongly, strongly recommend.
