Second purchase from Mastrovito in about a year, fantastic experience both times…read more The dealership is busy - unlike any other I've been to - there's people buzzing about everywhere and they're all on a mission. I highly recommend making an appointment -it will make things go much smoother and more efficient. The sales people are all friendly, well schooled and what's really impressive is how they help each other out to keep things going. One last and very important distinction that this dealership has versus the competition is the owner's commitment to giving back to the community. They're constantly supporting local causes and the whole dealership takes part. Give them a shot - see the difference.

They wanted to charge me $1000 to fix them. When I told them that was too much money for rear brakes, they called me back and dropped the the price to $763. Still too much so I told them no and I would have my Uncle look at them. My car is currently in Poland at a family business and they just called to tell my rear brakes and rotors are completely fine nothing wrong with them!! I am beyond disappointed in Mastrovito! They were looking to make money off me. I can't imagine what they do to older customers and women. How many times have they tried to rip someone off. They are wonderful by giving back to the community, just don't trust them when you take your car in for a recall. Btw the cost to replace both would have been $300 if needed. Big difference!!! They should be ashamed of themselves!

110% DO NOT RECOMMEND BUYING FROM HERE…read more... We bought used 2015 ram 1500 yes It was used but what seemed to be in great condition.. It had to pass a NYS inspection before It could be sold. From the jump It was a run around we live two hours from here go to look at the truck and pick It up and they don't have the title... so we head two hours home. When we got It home we noticed 1. Fog lights don't work (that fails inspection) 2. Transmission lines were leaking 3. Water pump was bad 4. Too much play in the control arms (that fails inspection) 5. The ball joint was welded.... And best of all It rained and the truck was pouring water into the truck from the handle by the windshield. We notify the dealer and they say they will get It fixed when we go back up there to sign the title... We drive two hours a few days later to sign paperwork and get the truck fixed... jokes on us they have to real techs that work on Saturday and our time was completely wasted. We ask if we can use a lithia dealership closer to us and they say yes. I call said dealership to schedule the service and got the run around and basically told they won't help us. So we contact them again and they tell us find a reputable shop and lithia will pay for It... So that's exactly what we do we find a shop get the quote and send them the quotes. I sent numerous emails, called and fb messages just to get ignored. We finally contact the sales manager and he bluntly says I don't have $8k to fix the truck you need to bring It back here mind you we were told by the garage by us not to drive It, it's not safe. So we were sold a lemon. The dealer says they will get It towed there and get It fixed..... we finally get the truck back after three weeks and is It fixed... nope still water pouring in the truck... so again we are told bring the truck back... we miss out on a day of work drive two hours to sit there clueless until my fiance had enough and lost It.... After all the hours wasted they finally get us a rental to go home to our children... Today our truck was brought back to us after getting fixed and the claim It doesn't leak but now all of a sudden the passenger window doesn't work..... DONT WASTE YOUR DAMN TIME.

I have been driving my new Pathfinder for a month now, and still do not have a loan on the vehicle…read more I called twice, had my bank call twice and finally when my *NO LIEN RECORDED* title came in the mail :), I had my bank call again, FINALLY they did their job! Clueless, lazy, and rude must be a qualification to work there. They told me they would put running boards on my car when I bought the car, never got them. They mentioned to my bank because I called them after all this and was honest and didn't let them go months with this fuck up they would put running boards on my car. Instead they called to ask for my title to be signed over and they wouldn't be helping me at all. That I should just step inside my car instead and replace those parts when they break. Again, highly qualified employees. I wish people would do there job. Not lie and try to scam every person who walks into that business. From the start with the lowballing of the trade to trying to not give me the Guaranteed Pricing I had from USAA and the Carbone Nissan online representative. Its a joke and I don't think anyone should do business at Carbone. Carbone- "were not making any money on you buying this car...." ME- " HAHAHAHA BULL SHIT! Liars.."

Test drove a used truck, and pointed out after that rear driver side tire was just below 30 psi…read more Bought and picked the truck up two days later at 3pm and psi on that tire was 36. Pressure was fine. When I got back in 15hrs later, it was just below 30psi again so I topped it off at 36. 24 hrs later it was back down below 30 when I left work. Two miles later on the highway, it started dropping like a rock and I just got to a side road as it went completely flat. Roads were snow covered and I almost didn't make it off a bridge that had no safe place to stop. I called Ford emergency road side service and they sent a tow truck from Oswego NY to where I was in Rome NY. 2 hours later, I had the spare tire on and was shown the hole by the tow truck driver and told that whatever was in there making it leak, finally came out. So I went straight to the dealership after working a 12hr midnight shift. Was told they would wave the labor fee and knock $75 dollars off a new tire. So I only had to pay $160 to replace a tire that was defective when I bought it. Awful nice of them! And while waiting the two day's for the tire to come in and driving with the spare on, a different tire went completely flat. I took that to Mavis and it turned out that it had a faulty valve stem that has an attached pressure sensor.....$168. but at least they had me in and out the door in an hour. Steet Ponte Ford took an hour and a half to replace a tire. I had horrible service at Steet Ponte Nissan also in the past. Bottom line is to Avoid Steet Ponte dealerships!

Brought a 2010 Prius with 100K miles on it for an oil change, check up due to heavier summer…read moredriving and a minor transmission thump. Left it for the day. No call by 3:30, called. Advisor busy, will call back. 4:15. Called. Advisor busy, will call back. Declined and told them we'd be there in 30 minutes to pick up car, have it ready. On site, learned our adviser left at Noon! Huh? Why lie? Important: All the check boxes in the mechanic's report, including brakes, were in the green. Charged $70 for transmission diagnosis. There was none. No test drive. Same mileage in and out. Tech just shrugged and said, "I dunno. I dunno." Had no results from a "computer check" to show. This ASE and Toyota Certified tech with Prius experience had no idea what it could be and offered no suggestions. Refused to pay the diagnosis fee. That's when Andy, the silly clown of a service manager, entered the picture with a sour and could-give-a-crap attitude. Battled it out and didn't pay the fee as there was no diagnosis, no road test, no idea. Took the vehicle to Oriskany Garage who specialize in Prius. The owner spoke to us at length and said a transmission fluid change was probably the issue (the "forever" transmission fluid in a Prius is fantasy). He also advised other 100K service - injector clean, etc. When the vehicle was brought in for fluid and injector cleaning, OG sent a comprehensive report of ten issues via internet. It showed (with pictures) the rear brake rotors were dangerously low, like down to the composite material. This was obvious without taking the wheel off, yet Steet reported them as perfectly fine. The vehicle was this close to losing rear braking. Also dangerous, the muffler bracket was broken. This could lead to the muffler falling out of the vehicle. OG got the brake job - new rotors and pads. The transmission fluid change got rid of the thump. The car runs like a top. Fixed the muffler hanger ourselves. I place Steet's service department lack of professionalism and satisfactory customer service squarely on the owners. Yelp is full of bad reviews, and we're certain Steet and Ponte's ears are filled with complaints about the shoddy service at their dealership yet they allow the service manager malcontent to continue managing a place rife with lazy and uncaring techs. The owners are losing money hand over fist. We gladly paid OG $1100. That slipped from Steet's pockets. That's on them, and we could care less. We simply want good service, and are willing to pay for it. Steet will never touch the Prius ever again. We will also never purchase a new or used vehicle from them. We recommend not taking your vehicle to Steet Toyota for any service. Note that every time the Prius was brought into Steet there was an issue. A highlight, or rather lowlight, was ordering a rotation. It wasn't done. On pickup, the adviser said we didn't need it. It did. We keep scrupulous service records. Advisers fulfill customer orders. They are not chartered to make judgement calls on service that is counter to customer requests. Ironically, we take our F250 to Steet Ford. They perform spectacular service. What's the difference? The atmosphere is far more conducive to quick and caring customer service. That goes to the service manager. Steet, Ponte, fire the Steet Toyota service manager. They're clueless and hemorrhaging money from your dealership. And advising a car that's dangerous to drive is operating properly. That puts our lives and the lives of others at risk.

The salesman, Savon, and Todd, from Financing, have been incredible! Both men have unequivocally been the best guys I've dealt with from any dealership I've stepped into. I used to dread the process, but these men have surprisingly turned it into an enjoyable experience for me. I financed a vehicle with them 4 months ago and just returned in pursuit of another. I highly recommend going to see Savon, who again answered all of my questions thoroughly. His patience, as well as his input, helped me make another wise decision on a second vehicle that I know will best suit my family's needs. We couldn't be happier! Perfect 10/10 Rating*

They took the car back had it for seven more weeks put $8000 more work into it. I got my car back the dashboard lit up again with a red oil light. They told me to drive at 70 miles back to Steet and they would look at it. I'm not going to drive a car with a red oil light where the Volkswagen manual says don't drive it.. they finally agreed to tow it. They said there was nothing wrong with it. All the fluids were fine and they just reset the code.. next day, orange light and coolant light. Brought it back to the dealers and they said that the oil was too high in the coolant was too low. Then they claim it's not their fault that these lights are going on.. I got my car back for the fifth time and again I have an orange oil light. Every time I get in the car I'm afraid the motor is going to blow. They claim it's not their problem. We believe it has a bad head gasket. They just keep resetting the codes.
