When I purchased the Jeep Renegade the salesmen had told me that the Renegade would be serviced. They kept the Renegade for 2 days before I could take it home. . I received my first oil change and was told by my mechanic that the passenger side front cv axle boot was still torn and was throwing grease. That was supposed to be fixed before it left the dealership. Clearly it was not. A week after I purchased the Renegade the key fob started to not be detected in the vehicle. It's been excuse after excuse. I've now brought the renegade in at LEAST 5 -6 times if not more to have the service department fix it. When it happens I can't drive my car , at times I have to push to start it 3xs before it'll start. My doors won't lock and my alarm turns on and will not shut off. My Jeep says the fob has left the vehicle if any of the doors are open well it's running. The last time I brought it because of the grease and fob again which was 9/4/25 the service department said it would take them hours to find. The service department now states they need a code. A code had never came up. So yet again, I have no key fob that works and my boot is supposedly on back order! Do not go to this dealership to buy or get your vehicle serviced. They also told me that they need consent from jeep even though it was already sold. They lie!!STAY AWAY!!!

There was a bunch of pant chipped from the front bumper,serious electrical problems had to replace battery continuously and someone previously messed with the audio system also draining the battery along with other things that was messed with, they continued to refuse responsibility and also tried to charge 600$ to replace battery for us when that wasn't even the issue. They also failed to disclose the car had previously been tinted and it was removed incorrectly leading to problems with glue residue on the car when i went to have it tinted, honestly peice of shit liars that work at this establishment, don't trust the details they give about the vehicle and don't have any services done by them.
