Second purchase from Mastrovito in about a year, fantastic experience both times…read more The dealership is busy - unlike any other I've been to - there's people buzzing about everywhere and they're all on a mission. I highly recommend making an appointment -it will make things go much smoother and more efficient. The sales people are all friendly, well schooled and what's really impressive is how they help each other out to keep things going. One last and very important distinction that this dealership has versus the competition is the owner's commitment to giving back to the community. They're constantly supporting local causes and the whole dealership takes part. Give them a shot - see the difference.

I took my car into Mastrovito's for a recall a couple of weeks ago. They called me and told me that…read moremy car was unsafe to drive due to my rear brakes and rotors being completely shot. They wanted to charge me $1000 to fix them. When I told them that was too much money for rear brakes, they called me back and dropped the the price to $763. Still too much so I told them no and I would have my Uncle look at them. My car is currently in Poland at a family business and they just called to tell my rear brakes and rotors are completely fine nothing wrong with them!! I am beyond disappointed in Mastrovito! They were looking to make money off me. I can't imagine what they do to older customers and women. How many times have they tried to rip someone off. They are wonderful by giving back to the community, just don't trust them when you take your car in for a recall. Btw the cost to replace both would have been $300 if needed. Big difference!!! They should be ashamed of themselves!

I was…read moreskeptical, as I had been there about 3 years earlier and was totally disappointed with the sales staff. Then stopped in about 2 years ago and had the same problems with the sales staff. Both time trying to push me well above the price range I had told them. But, I have had 2 friends get vehicles since that time, so decided to try a 3rd time. Dylan, the Sales Agent who approached me, was polite and I was up front and honest about the past. We sat and talked, he reminded of the sale and that it could not be extended - no problem with that. Inquired about my price range and even what color I was interested in. He then asked if he could show me a few vehicles and let him show me that he was not going to repeat the past. He proceeded to show me 6 different vehicles, all within my price range, and even explained all the little differences between each. Yes, it was his job. We decided to concentrate on Outlander Sport, well within my price range. After a nice test drive, we discussed more about price. He not only kept me within my price range but actually got me below my range. So far, the experience was extremely pleasant and easy. Dylan was professional, not pushy, not full of pressure and more then willing to listen to me and my techno-phobia. 4 hours later, I left him with my badly broken Escape and was driving off the lot in a 2019 Outlander Sport. If the maintenance department can live up to this level of service, I will have no problem recommended both to anyone. For now, I reserve my recommendation to Dylan.

She told me if no issues my car would go in the shop on April 29th and I should get back on May 1st. No call on Friday and still no call on Monday. communication sucks at Kia. I should not have to keep calling to get update, they dont value customer service! Last review is below, which i shared with her on the phone as well. I purchased a vehicle from another dealer. The vehicle was a Kia Telluride, it was dropped off to the service department at Kia destination on Feb. 4th 2026. I have been working with a gentleman Jeremy in the service department, I spoke to him almost every week (since dropping car off) he would tell me one of the parts was still on back order for 2 months. Sometimes when he was not sure of the update on the car he would say he would call me back and yet he would not, so I would call him if I did not hear from him in a few days. I never got an update unless I call. I was in need of my car back as I work and for a service department to have a car this long is ridiculous. When he was off or on vacation no one else would answer question or give an update, i was told I had to talk tk him. Finally, I called him 2 weeks ago and he let me know the part came in. He explained that he only has one mechanic that is certified to put in the part and there was a different client ahead of me. He stated if everything went good with the client ahead of me that my vehicle should be done by 4/17/26. I called him on 4/20/26 as I had not heard anything once again. He stated that there were now a couple of clients ahead of me now, I stated you said one client was ahead of me a couple weeks ago and I should of got it back by 4/17/26. He repeated to me on this phone call that, couple people were ahead of me and that they will call when it is done. He gave my the impression that I was bothering him by call all the time (about once a week). I am a mother of 6 children that have to be a lot of places, I purchased a car to be able to do that with a peace of mind. I am also trying to fix my credit and this is hard to do when I have to pay for a vehicle I cant use.

After a second visit to the dealer, I was ready to make a deal. Dustin was great through this process and helped me find the financing and terms that I was comfortable with. My only knock during this time was when I came to take delivery of the car, some of the financing terms had been modified without my clearance, which I wasn't thrilled about. This took an extra 45 minutes to get changed which made the pickup longer than necessary. Service so far has been great - calling me to remind me of the free services that came with the purchase. I will continue using them for service calls as needed and plan on going back to shop them again when I need a new car.
