I highly recommend making an appointment -it will make things go much smoother and more efficient. The sales people are all friendly, well schooled and what's really impressive is how they help each other out to keep things going. One last and very important distinction that this dealership has versus the competition is the owner's commitment to giving back to the community. They're constantly supporting local causes and the whole dealership takes part. Give them a shot - see the difference.

I took my car into Mastrovito's for a recall a couple of weeks ago. They called me and told me that…read moremy car was unsafe to drive due to my rear brakes and rotors being completely shot. They wanted to charge me $1000 to fix them. When I told them that was too much money for rear brakes, they called me back and dropped the the price to $763. Still too much so I told them no and I would have my Uncle look at them. My car is currently in Poland at a family business and they just called to tell my rear brakes and rotors are completely fine nothing wrong with them!! I am beyond disappointed in Mastrovito! They were looking to make money off me. I can't imagine what they do to older customers and women. How many times have they tried to rip someone off. They are wonderful by giving back to the community, just don't trust them when you take your car in for a recall. Btw the cost to replace both would have been $300 if needed. Big difference!!! They should be ashamed of themselves!

She told me if no issues my car would go in the shop on April 29th and I should get back on May 1st. No call on Friday and still no call on Monday. communication sucks at Kia. I should not have to keep calling to get update, they dont value customer service! Last review is below, which i shared with her on the phone as well. I purchased a vehicle from another dealer. The vehicle was a Kia Telluride, it was dropped off to the service department at Kia destination on Feb. 4th 2026. I have been working with a gentleman Jeremy in the service department, I spoke to him almost every week (since dropping car off) he would tell me one of the parts was still on back order for 2 months. Sometimes when he was not sure of the update on the car he would say he would call me back and yet he would not, so I would call him if I did not hear from him in a few days. I never got an update unless I call. I was in need of my car back as I work and for a service department to have a car this long is ridiculous. When he was off or on vacation no one else would answer question or give an update, i was told I had to talk tk him. Finally, I called him 2 weeks ago and he let me know the part came in. He explained that he only has one mechanic that is certified to put in the part and there was a different client ahead of me. He stated if everything went good with the client ahead of me that my vehicle should be done by 4/17/26. I called him on 4/20/26 as I had not heard anything once again. He stated that there were now a couple of clients ahead of me now, I stated you said one client was ahead of me a couple weeks ago and I should of got it back by 4/17/26. He repeated to me on this phone call that, couple people were ahead of me and that they will call when it is done. He gave my the impression that I was bothering him by call all the time (about once a week). I am a mother of 6 children that have to be a lot of places, I purchased a car to be able to do that with a peace of mind. I am also trying to fix my credit and this is hard to do when I have to pay for a vehicle I cant use.

After being called out on the illegal inspection they passed, I was then threatened by service tec Andrew that he would no longer be putting my part in under warranty that needed repair. After already stating when I first sat with this punk that it was indeed covered under warranty. So since he was put on the hot seat when I asked for the name of the person whom passed my husband's inspection and shouldn't have, he got awfully offended (as any guilty person would) and said he wouldn't give the name (that I have now thanks to my husband's inspection papers) and also now he wasn't going to cover the job on my car under Toyotas warranty...didn't know we can pick and choose when to follow that. The whole funny part about this is someone is supposed to be his manager and not once did that person come to the customer (me) to discuss this after seeing and hearing there was clearly a problem going on. DO NOT GO TO THIS SCAM OF A DEALERSHIP!

I drove him crazy but he was like a best friend. He had my existing car evaluated. Thank you Doran for the super fast service. They put the deal together for me and gave me options. Do you know how refreshing it is to not have to go to a car dealership and feel pressured. I never felt pressured, and I never felt like my back was to the wall. They allowed me to steer the ship. I didn't even have to go in with the exception of them getting final evaluation on my existing trade. When time to pick up the car. Wadie took the delivery with Ross to another level. I Thought I had gotten everything out of the car. Wadie saved me as he retrieved my wife's sunglasses, which I forgotten, were up in the visor as well as my ez pass. He reviewed the features with me on my car. The paperwork took me probably all about 10 minutes and I was on my way. I am happily driving my new vehicle from Friendly Honda. And I am happy to be a second time customer and definitely keep coming back.

Always very friendly and helpful and they always follow up to make sure you are happy When I'm ready for that new car this is where I'm going and for it's service

I'm out $7,800 just for the vehicle + insurance costs new policy. I haven't had a vehicle in 2 yrs couldn't.. well k & l auto won't do a thing to help me out. (This was my first time buying a vehicle) I put a down payment before I found this out and the downpayment was non refundable so they basically stole 300$ from a 20 year old. And they are EXTREMELY shady. They remove and flag bad reviews so no one can say anything bad about their shitty dealership if that's what you could even call it.. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE. Go to a different dealership
