Second purchase from Mastrovito in about a year, fantastic experience both times…read more The dealership is busy - unlike any other I've been to - there's people buzzing about everywhere and they're all on a mission. I highly recommend making an appointment -it will make things go much smoother and more efficient. The sales people are all friendly, well schooled and what's really impressive is how they help each other out to keep things going. One last and very important distinction that this dealership has versus the competition is the owner's commitment to giving back to the community. They're constantly supporting local causes and the whole dealership takes part. Give them a shot - see the difference.

I took my car into Mastrovito's for a recall a couple of weeks ago. They called me and told me that…read moremy car was unsafe to drive due to my rear brakes and rotors being completely shot. They wanted to charge me $1000 to fix them. When I told them that was too much money for rear brakes, they called me back and dropped the the price to $763. Still too much so I told them no and I would have my Uncle look at them. My car is currently in Poland at a family business and they just called to tell my rear brakes and rotors are completely fine nothing wrong with them!! I am beyond disappointed in Mastrovito! They were looking to make money off me. I can't imagine what they do to older customers and women. How many times have they tried to rip someone off. They are wonderful by giving back to the community, just don't trust them when you take your car in for a recall. Btw the cost to replace both would have been $300 if needed. Big difference!!! They should be ashamed of themselves!

I had a very positive experience buying my first vehicle from NYE Toyota last year. My salesman…read moreDustin did a great job showing me the vehicles I requested as well as letting me take them out for test drives alone so I could get comfortable with the vehicle. After a second visit to the dealer, I was ready to make a deal. Dustin was great through this process and helped me find the financing and terms that I was comfortable with. My only knock during this time was when I came to take delivery of the car, some of the financing terms had been modified without my clearance, which I wasn't thrilled about. This took an extra 45 minutes to get changed which made the pickup longer than necessary. Service so far has been great - calling me to remind me of the free services that came with the purchase. I will continue using them for service calls as needed and plan on going back to shop them again when I need a new car.

No call backs, no feedback. Called again told parts is addressing it and will get back to me. No call backs. Called again left a voice message for parts, still no call backs. Interesting, why bother recording your phone calls if management does NOT monitor the calls! Guess their GM is too busy doing commercials with sports people to care about the "actual and existing" customer! Ps NYE Auto is no longer owned by the NYE family. They were sold off, but Buick GMC had issues and continues to have issues after the sale.

The car he found is in great shape, they're standing behind it with a three year factory warranty that was a reasonable add on, and despite the fact that I live an hour and a half away, they'll give me a loaner when I need service. The capper? The financing payments came in $25 LESS than my target payment. That's because they shopped around for the best deal. If this is how Steet Ponte intends to be in the future, they're the very best dealership I've ever dealt with and I don't ever have to go anywhere else. Strongly, strongly recommend.

This prompted me to drive 4.5 hours one way to see just 'what was what' at this shop... In their defense, one caliper did need to be replaced (as one wheel's brake was 'metal on metal'), the 4 rotors needed to be replaced (along with pads), and one stud/lug nut was cross-threaded. My daughter is a 20 year old who 'calls em like she sees em'. All I know for certain is that she didn't like this place. I told him 'not everyone in Clinton is rich' during a civil 'one on one' conversation outside. I asked him rhetorically, "With all due respect, $1100 for brakes??; What do you think the car is worth, $2000?" He replied, "Well, maybe a little more than that." He shrugged his shoulders and went back inside. It is a 12 year old very common sedan. I took the car elsewhere, on the outskirts of an east coast city... It turns out that the car also needed a new lower control arm (it had a cracked bushing), badly needed new spark plugs, and needed a new oil sender unit (which was leaking a lot).
