We bought an Ev and they didn't give us the charger , made excuse after excuse that they had to ask the previous owner for the charger? Why would u sell a EV without a charger ?? After weeks of calling they made us drive from Syracuse to Rome to pick it up bc supposedly the charger cord is heavy. Lie. Do not believe that they will get the best interest rate for you bc it's not. Get financed before you go. We traded in a car and made an over payment to the bank for the car we traded in. The bank showed us the proof of money being given to them. We Spoke to the person who handles their accounting and he blantly lied saying they issued the check and mailed it already. Which was a lie. They also said we would have to wait for 90 days to reissue the check to us. We waited patiently and 90 days has passed and now all of sudden the person we spoke to no longer works there. Stan went above and beyond by working with GM to make sure the repairs were still covered. There ended up being eight issues that would have cost thousands of dollars, but he made sure everything was taken care of. My vehicle was there about a week while parts came in and they fixed everything. That level of care and customer service is rare.

The computer in my 2025 Buick Enclave was reading that my front brakes were at 18 per cent so a mechanic friend of mine pulled the tires sandbar they were like new and that the computer had to updated. The brakes if purchased from Davidsons were $300.00 but he was able to purchase them for less than a third of that. Davidsons wanted to chal me a diagnostic fee for the vehicle that was under warranty. A person in the servic department was yelling at me when i questioned that so I hung up on the. i then called for an oil change and I was told that everyone was busy snd I would get a call back 48 hours later no call back. Needless to say it will be the last vehicle I will purchase from Davidsons. I feel sorry for the sales person because he was great.
