Waiting at the Drive though for a teller? Worst then McDonalds! Money already up the up shoot. read more
Drive through tellers closed for two weeks. Can't speak to anyone at the Black River Blvd. location to get any information on when they'll be operational. I have very limited mobility, so this is important. Terrible customer service. read more

The employees are all friendly and management is responsive to issues and suggestions. The reason for the one star deduction is simply lack of a solid online banking portal. The web interface is clunky and outdated compared to AmeriCU's new & updated interface. That said, I have spoken with the online team at First Source and they are working on an update to roll out later this year. They were very receptive to my input, so this review will be updated once they rollout their new system. I would like to see a few additions such as the 24 hour full kiosks, member access to Coin Star style machines and possibly more branch locations (although their ATM network is far larger than AmeriCU). Overall, I can highly recommend the Rome branch that I did business with and particularly Mr. Russ Hayes who is an asset to the institution.
