They staff had a good working knowledge of their product lines, but seem to lack in customer service skills (at least I thought so). Their prices are very good, but some items are hard to get quickly. Overall a reasonably good place to shop for home improvement needs, but not a ton better than the big box stores, in my opinion.

After that, the window was located and the GM hand delivered the sash to my house. All things considered, most of my confidence in Erie Materials is restored. I wish they would have just focused on the warrantee support and not even mentioned the fact that they had parted ways with their supplier, who during this whole episode proved to be a great company. I have to say that the GM went above and beyond to make sure I was happy.

No effort was made to help me and I felt like they did not care to have my business.
