They staff had a good working knowledge of their product lines, but seem to lack in customer service skills (at least I thought so). Their prices are very good, but some items are hard to get quickly. Overall a reasonably good place to shop for home improvement needs, but not a ton better than the big box stores, in my opinion.

These guys are crooks and thieves! This company ripped me off too!! Last spring I had water in my…read morebasement. They quoted me $4700 and offered me a "lifetime warranty". This spring (less than a year later) I have flooding in my basement again. The warranty? Oh, that was only for the one wall that they treated, we didn't mean that you would not have water in your basement next year. If you want a dry basement we have to treat more, that will be another $5300. The initial contract said they would install a 1/3 hp sump pump if needed, but they decided it wasn't needed. Funny, I have water in my basement, I guess I need that sump pump. Their answer? No, we didn't think we needed it then, so you don't get one now. RUN AWAY!! RUN FAR FAR AWAY!

This company was sent by choice home warranty to our property because the thermostat wouldn't go…read moreabove 66 degrees. They said they changed the pump and left. Two days later the problem returned. They came back and the technician said "System was air bound from when the pump was replaced. I had to bleed some air out of the system. " Two weeks later the same, thermostat won't go above 66 degrees and they were reassigned by the warranty company even though I asked for another company because they had gone there twice and didn't fix the problem. I called to schedule and a lady named Taylor said she's call me back. As she called back she said they were over an hour away from our property and refused to go back stating Choice Warranty wanted them to do the work for free. The issue with our heating was never fixed by them, their technician doesn't know what he's doing and they refused to return and fix the problem. We have not received a diagnosis or anything from them. Their customer service is not good either as the lady was rude and treated me as if I was asking for free services when all I did was call to schedule service as advised by the warranty company.
