Our toilet was clogged. The plunger wasn't getting the job done, so we called these guys. Two men came to the house. One man waited on the front porch while the other went upstairs, dropped an auger (snake) into the toilet and unclogged the pipe. The job took less than 90 seconds and we were charged 108 dollars. The average neurosurgeon working in Manhattan charges less for their time. Absolutely absurd. Needless to say, we won't be patronizing them again.
