Coming up short on so many other potential contractors, I mistakenly searched the web using this company's name--thinking it was another that I had been in contact with. I was impressed by CNY Flooring's online customer photos and testimonials, and afterward the willingness of the owner to arrange a free estimate, then finally and most of all the excellent pricing. I purchased my own tile elsewhere, and used CNY Flooring for the installation only. The owner Sid and his assistant did such awesome work and clean-up after that I'm now considering having more flooring work where I hadn't even thought of it before. I will provide an update and photos when the last piece is installed. But, I can tell you already that if you're looking for quality, timeliness, professionalism, and reasonable pricing, look no further. CNY Flooring is one of the best that I've encountered in 20 years here in Syracuse, and more than a half dozen tile flooring contractors in my home over the years. Then the install was scheduled at a time of our convenience and the installers (Corey and Dave) showed up on time and were ready to go. They did their job extremely well while showing great respect for our home while carrying stuff in and out. We couldn't be happier with the Enjem's experience and highly recommend this company to anyone who's looking for a flooring solution.
