I wish they would have just focused on the warrantee support and not even mentioned the fact that they had parted ways with their supplier, who during this whole episode proved to be a great company. I have to say that the GM went above and beyond to make sure I was happy.

Decent place to buy home improvement items…read more I've been here a few times during a project building a home. They staff had a good working knowledge of their product lines, but seem to lack in customer service skills (at least I thought so). Their prices are very good, but some items are hard to get quickly. Overall a reasonably good place to shop for home improvement needs, but not a ton better than the big box stores, in my opinion.

So I went to Lowe's and board was available that was a true premium selection. You might want to think twice about giving your business to a company that doesn't provide good customer service. When asking about the color of the deck screws they employee behind the deck rolled his eyes when I requested brown screws instead of green which would stand out on my deck. No effort was made to help me and I felt like they did not care to have my business.

The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful in helping you to track down what you need. Another nice facet of what they offer is that they are an authorized repair shop for many major tool brands. While I will say that I have had to wait long periods of time for repairs, it has never been because they don't keep up, but rather that the supplier isn't always quick to respond to warranty work. I highly recommend them for sales and service. They are always on the top of my list when I have to buy a new tool.
