This is hands down the worst auto dealership I have ever encountered and I will personally speak to any person thinking about purchasing a vehicle with them prior to buying a car, my cell phone number is 607-323-3686 or my email is zzzimasleep14@gmail.com. I have documentation as well as bills from the disaster that followed my purchase. I spent over 8,000 dollars in cash (my savings of over three years just think about that amount) on a vehicle that the motor blew up in less then 48 hours of buying it, I drove it ONCE. After them telling me to figure out how to get the car back up there, I live three hours away from the shop and spending another 200 dollars to have it towed they return my 12th phone call and state there is nothing we can do for you the motor is blown. At this point I was already invested, lost tons of money, had no vehicle, and was left to fend on my own. I finally scrapped up enough money to tow the vehicle back to me (another 300 dollars) found that the tires were now balding and metal sticking out, three shocks were broken, and no running motor. Not to mention the rust that had set in from them leaving the vehicle on the side of the road next to their dealerships repair shop. At this point I have invested another 10,000 dollars in a new motor, new shocks, new tires, and as of last week my power steering pump just broke. This vehicle was not inspection ready and certainly not safe to drive. All in all if there is anything I can do to discourage you from purchasing from them please contact me. Thanks! read more
