0 stars if I could the car salesman lied about everything about the car, they said their "friend" turned in the car and that it was in perfect condition with no accidents. There was a bunch of pant chipped from the front bumper,serious electrical problems had to replace battery continuously and someone previously messed with the audio system also draining the battery along with other things that was messed with, they continued to refuse responsibility and also tried to charge 600$ to replace battery for us when that wasn't even the issue. They also failed to disclose the car had previously been tinted and it was removed incorrectly leading to problems with glue residue on the car when i went to have it tinted, honestly peice of shit liars that work at this establishment, don't trust the details they give about the vehicle and don't have any services done by them. read more

ILLEGAL SALES TACTICS - BAIT AND SWITCH - DO NOT TRUST MORGAN Found the truck on wanted on the Uvanni website. Called on Monday night at 5pm and made an appointment with Morgan for a test drive the following day at 5pmhh. During our phone conversation I informed him I would be driving in from out of town, roughly 110 miles. I also informed him that I was pre-approved for financing through my credit union and that I would bring a check from them to pay for the truck in full after a test drive. When I arrived at the scheduled time I was informed by Morgan that the truck I wanted had been sold that morning. (An out of state buyer had called and wired them a deposit) When I asked him why he didn't call me knowing I was driving almost two hours to buy the same truck, he just shrugged. I asked him why the truck in question was still listed for sale on the website, he said he did not know. He then proceeded to try to sell me a truck that had 40k more miles on it, without the options I wanted, for almost the same price as the truck I wanted. Classic bait and switch. Shady and ILLEGAL in New York State. I informed them I would not do business with people who lie to me and try to play me for a fool. I left without making a purchase. Bad service and unprofessional. Pestered me until I bought a car from them. But when it came time to complete the service needs of the vehicle, they drag their feet and/or lie. I do not recommend this place at all!!!! the truck is great but customer service sucks! I never leave reviews but after being harassed over 100$ I am ! They told me plates were 74 asked them multiple time well a week later after I had paid and received plates now I owed another 100 I've never dealt with such a buisness . not impressed, a salesman who tries to do business between 9 and 10 pm via texting, then absolutely refuses to come down $2000 online when you click the "make an offer" tab. says the "internet price" is the lowest they can go. why have a "make an offer" tab? defeats the purpose if you asked me. told him that he just lost a sale and my business as well as family and friends. all i got as a response, was "have a good night". must be they dont need to sell the vehicles on the lot, they must be rolling in the dough, to refuse an offer. sad fact is that i have been preapproved by my bank and am seriously looking to buy, not just kicking tires. at least i dont HAVE to have a vehicle, i can shop around because i want one. i just dont want to do business with idiots who dont know how to sell or keep business. BUYERS BEWARE!! These people are grimy liars!! My husband and I bought a 2015 F-150 sport at the end of May 2020. Drove it for 3 weeks and the engine light comes on. Called the Uvanni Service and spoke to Sylvia. She gave my husband an appointment only for him to drive an hour there and to be turned away. Fast forward to two weeks later the engine blew up. They were real hesitant on even towing the truck to them. Said it was our responsibility to get it to them. They ended up towing and having another garage replace the engine. Took them 3 weeks. We finally get the ok to pick up our truck only to notice that they never put coolant in. We take pictures and tell Sylvia about. Apparently it's not their responsibility because they didn't fix the truck. Remind you that the truck was purchased through them and still under the 90 day warranty. Then to top it all off they replace our engine with a used engine that has almost 30,000 more miles on it. If we wanted a truck with almost 100,000 miles on it we would of gotten a different truck. These guys are the worst!!! Customer service is horrible and they have no moral compass! read more
