They are crooks! They replaced a exhaust filter for me during summer readiness service and at first launch the machine got water in the engine! They say it was my fault.. haha i dunno what they consider summer readiness but that means hooking to water. Every real mechanic i spoke to who worked on a kawasaki jetski says it was improper installation of the exhaust filter! Today i picked it up from them and the engine compartment is completely soak in milky oil. When I dropped this thing off it was clean .. i have photos of the engine compartment that proves its clean, the day it first died. God only knows what they did to this for two months it was in their care. They told me it was unfixable and now i know why.. they destroyed it!! I will be calling kawaskai tomorrow and the attorney general to lodge a complaint regarding shoddy business practices! DO NOT go here for anything!!

There was no apparent warning to use caution and I didn't see it. I slid down it, landed on my backside and hurt my back badly!!! The staff did NOTHING! They stopped talking to the other customer, looked and didn't even ask if I was ok. The 2 men that work there were 6-8 feet from me as I sat on the floor trying to decide how to get up without hurting myself further. They definitely saw the whole thing. I'm shocked at their lack of concern. It must happen to others because they barely flinched. If you visit this place PLEASE BE CAREFUL! The customer service prior to this was non existent and the showroom is vertically empty.

I was looking for a franchised repair center for my Yamaha Kodiak four wheeler and while this place…read morewasn't the closest I felt more comfortable dealing there than in one of the nearby cities. The repair was fairly complex because it was an intermittent starting problem. These can become very frustrating but the people at the shop including the owner just stuck with it and ultimately discovered the problem and made the repair. I think the time to repair was reasonable and the price I paid for the services was more than fair. Something that I did not expect was when I went to pick it up the machine look like it was brand new, they took the time to completely clean it and gave it back to me in pristine condition, it's the little things like this that make you feel like a valued customer. I have over 45 years of experience in customer service and sales in the automotive business so I know what good service looks like and this is one of the best I've seen.
