(All other dealerships we talked to were non-specific or unresponsive.) Noel, our salesperson, understood exactly what we needed and wanted, and he mentioned but did not waste our time on upselling. The finance/paperwork person also did not push extras. Together they took care of everything. The result was that we arrived at 1pm, and drove away as happy owners of a new Honda at 5pm. All done! Then we discovered we had left an important paper in the old car. Noel found it and mailed it to us, saving us a ton of aggravation trying to replace it. Noel, our salesperson, and Matthew, the money guy, went above and beyond to meet our needs. We highly recommend this team.

Have previously brought my Audi here for tires, as local and prices for tires are very competitive plus GMC rebates if I used my CC. (NO LONGER AVAILABLE). The service at GMC is poor. Non responsive. I let management know and switched my Audi tire service to their Ford team, which is excellent and highly recommended. Recent situation new tires only have 20K miles on them. Filed a warranty issue. No call backs, no feedback. Called again told parts is addressing it and will get back to me. No call backs. Called again left a voice message for parts, still no call backs. Interesting, why bother recording your phone calls if management does NOT monitor the calls! Guess their GM is too busy doing commercials with sports people to care about the "actual and existing" customer! Ps NYE Auto is no longer owned by the NYE family. They were sold off, but Buick GMC had issues and continues to have issues after the sale.

Then after two weeks of owning the bike (while waiting for my blinkers to be repaired), the speedometer gave out. When bringing my bike in for the blinkers they promised to fix the speedo as well. It has been 2 and a half months and i have called them every two to three weeks asking when the part will be in, being extremely patience. However, they seem to be dodging a direct answer as they do not seem to want to contact their indian contact for the part, or to get out of fixing the issue. So i have given up on that as i missed about a month and a half of the riding season, as i cannot calculate my speed safely. Mechanically the bike runs great. The tires were about 7 years old. They sold me the bike without extra dealer fees and were very straight forward. However, expect long wait times if there is an issue with the bike, or they may not even fix it at all. TLDR: Great to get a bike at a fair price without the hassle of negotiation, inspect the bike closely as they may have older and wearing tires/electronics. And dont take their word on fixing issues on the bike fast or at all if theres more than one issue. May be better to get it in writing. Dont expect a call back.

The car had just come in, so they opened the trunk, and let me come get my son's stuff. The people I dealt with at Vince's were a pleasure to deal with; very polite and very friendly. I really appreciated them helping me make things right with my son, and making it so easy to do so. Thanks guys!
