The customer service was outstanding they made me feel welcome from the moment I walked in, offered me a drink, and told me to sit back and relax while they took care of everything. If you're looking for honest pricing, fast service, and great hospitality, I highly recommend this shop. I'll definitely be coming back for future work.

Exceptional Experience with Sharkwerks…read more I recently had the pleasure of working with Sharkwerks on upgrades for my Porsche Macan GTS, and the entire experience exceeded my expectations from start to finish. My initial contact was with Dan, who took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and guided me toward the perfect combination of upgrades: the COBB tuning module and software, high-flow intake system, and carbon fiber JQ paddle shifters. His knowledge, professionalism, and understanding of Porsche performance made the decision process effortless. On installation day, I met with James, who handled the upgrades. The level of expertise and attention to detail was immediately apparent. The team's knowledge of Porsche vehicles is second to none, and it gave me complete confidence that my vehicle was in the best hands possible. The work was completed on time and exactly as promised. Going into the project, I honestly expected the improvements to be relatively minor. I couldn't have been more wrong. The increase in power, throttle response, and overall driving engagement was dramatic and far beyond what I anticipated. The exhaust enhancement was dialed in perfectly--aggressive enough to transform the driving experience while remaining refined and tasteful. Sharkwerks delivered exactly what every enthusiast hopes for: exceptional products, expert installation, honest guidance, and results that genuinely exceed expectations. I cannot say enough positive things about my experience with Dan, James, and the entire Sharkwerks team. If you're looking to enhance your Porsche, this is the place to do it. Highly recommended!

Dear Walmart on Osgood,…read more I'm writing to both apologize as well as share my experience. I first off want to say, I'm really sorry for getting frustrated while checking out for my oil change. There was miscommunication and my emotions got the best of me. The person who gave me to invoice for my car from the beginning was really kind, and I didn't treat him with the respect he deserved by the time I had left. When checking out, another guy who I don't know his name tolls me I chose the wrong oil for my car and that I should have chosen synthetic. I had told the original person who helped me I wanted to regular oil for my car, a Toyota Yaris. So he did that. But because of this other guy who was around the counter when I checked out, he seemed like was just trying to talk down to me and blame me for "choosing the wrong oil" and accusing me of making a poor choice. This led me to ask if the wrong oil was put in my car. The original guy who helped me (again so nice) said that it was fine, but it prompted me to be concerned about whether my oil in my car was correct or if I just put in the wrong oil. Jedi the manager came over to talk, he seemed calm and nice. But because I was already anxious and concerned if I put in the correct oil or not, I came off unkind. All that to say, I'm sorry Walmart workers and auto care. Overall I had a good experience , the only reason I'm giving a 4 star is because that random auto guy that works there that told me as if I should be ashamed that I chose the wrong oil, and escalated a situation that was necessary. Again, sorry to Jedi and the original guy who checked me out.

They tried to tell me there is ZERO oil left in my car and that's why they couldn't do it, because they don't want to be liable for my car if they damage the engine. They told me I'd have to put some oil in myself and then go back to them to do it. First off, I do not have ZERO oil left, there is still some left in there and my light did not come on so it was fine. Second off, I don't know how the hell to put oil in my car and that's why I went to them for an oil change....Third off, they didn't even call or text me that it was cancelled and when I brought this up, they kept saying they texted me and I showed them the text and it's clearly not there. They tried to make excuses and would not take accountability and then just walked away from me when I was telling them they should have called me about this instead of having me wait there for 2.5 hours for nothing. It was ridiculous and the customer service was shit. I have been going to this location for oil changes for years and never ran into any issues until today, but I will never be going back here ever again. I am adding more to my review because the store just called me to tell me that I owe them payment because they changed my oil for me. NO THEY DIDN'T. They refused to and that is why they gave me my keys and I went to another shop. They did not change my oil and are demanding payment from it. I am in such disbelief at this. They need to get their facts straight, they don't know what the hell they're talking about. I cannot believe they are trying to get money from me when they did not do any work on my car. I am in such disbelief with this whole situation.
