    Eric (owner) and Colin (store manager) are two nice guys. I took my 2016 sti there to have my stance coils installed . Eric did a great job with the installation and took his time. You could tell he was working his butt off because he sweating by time he was done with the install. Colin kept me busy while I was waiting funny guy who knows how to keep a conversation going and also knows what he's talking about . A++++++++ service!!! will definitely be returning soon . Thank you inspire , you inspire me to buy more car parts lol . By the way be sure to check out Eric's car collection (heart eye emoji)

    Eric and Amy at Inspire are the genuine people who are caring toward everyone in the car scene. They are both very knowledgable about parts and help you to create exactly what you want with your build. They offer installation for certain parts so call in for anything you might need help with. They can pretty much get you any part you need. My favorite thing about Inspire is how they give back to the customers and the community. Every year they host an annual Inspire meet and greet and offer free food to anyone who comes out to support the shop. They promote socializing and building friendships with good people in the car scene. I love Inspire-USA!

    Today I had the pleasure of meeting Amy and Eric at Inspire. They performed a master installation of my new exhaust system and were extremely knowledgeable with very valuable information about many other products and services I was interested in. They are also among the nicest people you can meet and seriously make you feel like family, as another reviewer stated. I will be back for more !

Went with the MPP comfort fixed damping coilovers, MPP rear lower arms, MPP solid front control arm bearings with poly compliance arm bushings. And then added 10mm spacers on all four corners. I run staggered OEM warp wheels. Love the way it drives. I have a M3P and it drives similar to my stock suspension with a little more shock absorption.

    Integrity Like This Is Rare - Rishie at ZevCentric Earned My Trust…read more I had an outstanding experience with Rishie, the owner of ZevCentric, and I can't recommend him highly enough. What started as a simple Tesla wheel alignment issue quickly turned into a costly and potentially unsafe situation involving multiple shops. Wheel Works identified an alignment issue they couldn't fully correct, so I took my car to a Tesla Service Center. Tesla replaced a front suspension component, but the very next day -- as I was driving out of their parking lot -- a loud noise came from the front suspension. When I immediately went back inside, Tesla told me additional repairs were needed and suggested I take the car to a body shop they regularly work with. That shop quoted around $2,000 in repairs. The day before that appointment, I was referred to Rishie at ZevCentric. I canceled everything and booked an inspection with him -- and that decision saved me thousands. During his inspection, Rishie discovered that Tesla had installed a passenger-side front upper control arm on the driver side. Even worse, the incorrectly installed part appeared to be partially zip-tied and taped. This directly explained the noise issues. He clearly documented the problem with photos and video and showed that the wheel position (toe and caster) was visibly incorrect. What truly impressed me was Rishie's integrity. Before I was even officially his customer, he took the time to document everything professionally, write a detailed response for me to give to Tesla, and advise me on how to have the mistake corrected at no cost. He also recommended that I seek reimbursement from Tesla for the cost of his inspection. Rishie did identify one additional suspension item that may need attention in the future, but he was very clear that it was not urgent and did not pressure me to proceed -- a level of honesty that is rare in this industry. Because of Rishie's documentation and guidance, Tesla refunded the inspection cost, an outcome that was entirely his idea. In the end, Rishie made advocated for me as if I were a long-time client. That speaks volumes about his ethics, professionalism, and pride in his work. If you own a Tesla and want someone who is honest, knowledgeable, and genuinely looks out for your best interests, ZevCentric is the place to go. I had the TPMS light showing up and I had asked to replace all 4. The technicians debugged the issue and let me know that a replacement is not required, they fixed the TPMS on the car and reset the error code. Overall great experience and I highly recommend this location for anyone needing vehicle service or tire replacements.

I first off want to say, I'm really sorry for getting frustrated while checking out for my oil change. There was miscommunication and my emotions got the best of me. The person who gave me to invoice for my car from the beginning was really kind, and I didn't treat him with the respect he deserved by the time I had left. When checking out, another guy who I don't know his name tolls me I chose the wrong oil for my car and that I should have chosen synthetic. I had told the original person who helped me I wanted to regular oil for my car, a Toyota Yaris. So he did that. But because of this other guy who was around the counter when I checked out, he seemed like was just trying to talk down to me and blame me for "choosing the wrong oil" and accusing me of making a poor choice. This led me to ask if the wrong oil was put in my car. The original guy who helped me (again so nice) said that it was fine, but it prompted me to be concerned about whether my oil in my car was correct or if I just put in the wrong oil. Jedi the manager came over to talk, he seemed calm and nice. But because I was already anxious and concerned if I put in the correct oil or not, I came off unkind. All that to say, I'm sorry Walmart workers and auto care. Overall I had a good experience , the only reason I'm giving a 4 star is because that random auto guy that works there that told me as if I should be ashamed that I chose the wrong oil, and escalated a situation that was necessary. Again, sorry to Jedi and the original guy who checked me out.

Gave them my credit card over the phone and then, radio silence! Absolutely nothing. I followed up with multiple emails, voicemail, and still nothing. I'm seriously baffled by the lack of communication and unprofessionalism. With a plan of spending thousands of dollars at this shop and then to receive this type of treatment is seriously disappointing. I should've listen to my intuition when I first called the shop and it was a Google voice number. I echo same of comments that others mentioned. Be careful trusting this business. I understand things happen, but actions speak loud! No professional courtesy to acknowledge or respond to my several inquiries.
