I had ran across Speed Image at Blox Evo (car show) a few years ago. Since then I had purchased a couple of small items such as a set of Project Kicks lug nuts and some Squash air freshners a while back which i had gotten a great deal on. Last year, was one of my big purchases. I decided to go to the darkside and order an Airlift Air Suspension on my G35 after getting scammed from another local shop for an Airlift V2 kit, which i will never go to again. Went through hell getting my deposit back from that "other shop" After doing research on what kit i wanted, i decided to call and or e-mail several shops around the area including Speed image. After back and forth e-mails from Tom at Speed Image reagarding applications, the features that i had wanted for my car, and also discussing about pricing; I noticed he had the lowest pricing compared to the other shops in the area. Since my first two purchases went smoothly, i decided to give them a shot. I ended up ordering an Airlift 3H air suspension which was going to be released in late October 2015. Since my inquiry started in August, i had dropped down a cash deposit and waited for my air suspension to arrive. I was not in a hurry to receive the airlift suspension therefore i had told Tom to take his time on ordering the kit. Tom had kept me updated regarding the status of my order and was not hesitant to answer any of my e-mails or calls while i was waiting for my kit to arrive. Most shops would be irritated with me e-mailing back and forth, but not Tom. Tom was very patient and was not hesitant to get back to me. Talk about great customer service! The air suspension did arrive a couple of weeks earlier than expected and i could not be happier.
