I reached out to ZEVcentric after dealing with a frustrating alignment issue on my 2021 Model S Plaid after installing Secret EV rear camber shims. Went with the MPP comfort fixed damping coilovers, MPP rear lower arms, MPP solid front control arm bearings with poly compliance arm bushings. And then added 10mm spacers on all four corners. They install the Tein Flex Z coilovers and lower the car maybe 1.25 inches--very nice stance, look sporty but still very comfortable for everyday drive, you know? Integrity Like This Is Rare - Rishie at ZevCentric Earned My Trust I had an outstanding experience with Rishie, the owner of ZevCentric, and I can't recommend him highly enough. What started as a simple Tesla wheel alignment issue quickly turned into a costly and potentially unsafe situation involving multiple shops. Wheel Works identified an alignment issue they couldn't fully correct, so I took my car to a Tesla Service Center. Tesla replaced a front suspension component, but the very next day -- as I was driving out of their parking lot -- a loud noise came from the front suspension. When I immediately went back inside, Tesla told me additional repairs were needed and suggested I take the car to a body shop they regularly work with. That shop quoted around $2,000 in repairs. The day before that appointment, I was referred to Rishie at ZevCentric. I canceled everything and booked an inspection with him -- and that decision saved me thousands. During his inspection, Rishie discovered that Tesla had installed a passenger-side front upper control arm on the driver side. Even worse, the incorrectly installed part appeared to be partially zip-tied and taped. This directly explained the noise issues. He clearly documented the problem with photos and video and showed that the wheel position (toe and caster) was visibly incorrect. What truly impressed me was Rishie's integrity. Before I was even officially his customer, he took the time to document everything professionally, write a detailed response for me to give to Tesla, and advise me on how to have the mistake corrected at no cost. He also recommended that I seek reimbursement from Tesla for the cost of his inspection. Rishie did identify one additional suspension item that may need attention in the future, but he was very clear that it was not urgent and did not pressure me to proceed -- a level of honesty that is rare in this industry. Because of Rishie's documentation and guidance, Tesla refunded the inspection cost, an outcome that was entirely his idea. In the end, Rishie made advocated for me as if I were a long-time client. That speaks volumes about his ethics, professionalism, and pride in his work. We had around 70k miles on our model Y when we decided the suspension needed help. I contacted Zevcentric and after speaking with Rishie, it was clear that he was full of knowledge gained from first hand experience in testing and tuning suspensions on and off track. I explained our model Y just needed to do a better job with road imperfections (potholes) and he helped us choose a system that fit our budget. The install was professional, looks straight from factory. First drive, immediately noticed turning was tight and predictable, braking distance decreased with minimal nose dive, and bumps and potholes were much smoother and controlled. Putting lipstick on a Tesla? Upgraded our 2018 Model 3 suspension to get a smoother ride. Rishi was upfront about prices and expectations and delivered as expected. No problems so far. The rest of this review is for people who are considering the idea. Rishi tempered my expectations by saying it will not be as good as a Lexus. And he was right. After I dropped off the Tesla, I went back home on a ride-share Hyundai Elantra and returned for pickup on the same route on a Toyota Camry. I then went back home with my upgraded Tesla. So with my immediate experience on that day and using the same roads, I will say that the upgraded Tesla is slightly better than with the standard suspension. But it cannot match even the Hyundai Elantra, let alone a Camry or Lexus. Not even close. So, if anyone is thinking of spending money just for a better ride...you may want to reconsider he project. The model 3 is a sports car and not exactly designed for a plush ride not matter what upgrades we do. read more

Stopped by here in September to replace known issue with lower control arms on my Model 3. Unfortunately, they didn't get it right the first time. Noise persisted after replacing the lower arms. Rishie recommended additional diagnosis but opted to replace end links instead. Visited Tesla services as noise still persisted. Tesla service confirmed noise was consistent with lower control arms. Rishie agreed to recheck the torque on the work they did and that fixed the issue on the second attempt. Hope they got it right the first time and save me time going back & forth. read more
