This was clearly caused by their negligence and I had a kid in my car who was very scared. When I returned, instead of fixing their mistake, they claimed they had no availability and said they could repair it next week leaving me without any vehicle for the whole weekend. Breaking something during service and then asking the customer to wait for the whole weekend to fix it is beyond ridiculous. Completely unprofessional and irresponsible.

I just needed a proper drive to reset the sensors. I listened to him and drove the car follow the suggested driving pattern for ~40 miles. It passed! I most appreciated is the he offered his expert opinion without charge. Terry was not only just asked questions online. Then he's trying to get me to pay $190 to flush my brakes and says there's no way to know if theres a leak until my brakes get flushed. What??? Of course I don't do it and take my car to another more reputable shop to get the brakes checked just to make sure, and they tell me everything looks good. I can't say with certainty he was deliberately trying to scam me, but he's obviously giving tons of WRONG INFORMATION that could've cost me hundreds if not thousands of dollars while banking on me not knowing much about cars. On top of all that - after looking at the invoice I see they charge a 4% CREDIT CARD PAYMENT fee but didn't mention a single word about it. Not only is 4% MORE than what they have to pay for their own processing but not properly disclosing it or giving me an option to pay with cash or debit seems to border on ILLEGAL according to state laws. SHADY.

Last summer, they painted the entire exterior from a dirty dull beige to a lively white with black trim. They patched up all the holes/cracks in the stucco, power washed, and taped EVERYTHING! At the end of each day, they cleaned up and put away the tools so the house was still accessible. It's crazy how different the house looks compared to before. I'm just loving it! Then over the winter, Chris' team returned because I wanted my garage refinished. I had 70s paneling and broken/crumbling dry wall. Considering how much time I spend in my garage, I can't believe I lived with such an eye sore for so many years. I gave Chris the hard task of wanting smooth walls, and if you know...that's a whole lot of sanding. His team came through and delivered! I love the new paint color on the walls, and no longer despise my garage. Oh, and also want to mention that he also patched up a bunch of holes inside my house (from electrical work I had done) and matched the existing wall texture and paint. You can't even tell the difference. Overall, Chris is amazing to work with. He's super responsive via text/calls. Jamie in Finance was equally impressive, getting him through the paperwork and out the door in about 45 minutes. What really stood out was that the great service didn't stop with the sale. They gave him a fair value for his trade-in, accommodated his request for rubber floor mats and a Subaru pet carrier, and immediately ordered a replacement for the missing second key. The other few times we have gone here were disappointing with both their customer service and service time being unreliable. Even with an appointment at 9:45am, we didn't get out until 12:40pm. The last time I went they didn't even tell us my car was ready for pickup after sitting for 2 hours...

I have known Tony, the Owner/Mechanic for the last 10+ and he has been awesome every time he works on my cars. He is skilled and knowledgeable. Unlike others out there, he gives you cost saving options. For instance, I went there with an obvious transmission issue and he ended up giving me another option to trouble shoot. It was later found that one of the solenoids was bad and the transmission fluid had metallic debris. This saved me almost $5K. His quality of work is excellent and at a very reasonable cost. We are grateful for the time and money he has saved us for our Lexus and Toyota sienna. read more

My check engine light has been on for over a month and I have been procrastinating getting it checked out. Anyway, a friend recommended that I come here to get it inspected by Tony. I'm very glad that I came here because when Tony checked the code for my check engine light it turned out to be a really cheap and easy fix. It was the air flow sensor and the air filter set it off. I had just replaced the air filter about 2 months ago and Tony said it wasn't installed properly. He was honest with me and I would recommend bringing your car here. My family has been returning to Tony for many years and for many vehicles. The reasons for returning to him are similar to how you would select a doctor... find one who is reliable, professional, has integrity, and deals honestly then keep returning. The criticism about not dealing with European cars is foolish. It would be like asking a foot doctor for help with a heart condition. Tony is a master at what he advertises. Great service from Tony. He is a very nice man and is really knowledgeable. He took my car for a test drive and could tell that I needed I needed a factory maintenance service. The funny thing is, I took our Acura MDX to the dealership for its 30K and now we have 95,000 miles on it. Obviously, we forgot about the 60K service. Anyway, I originally cam here just for an oil change and to see why our car wasn't running smoothly. But Tony noticed right away what we needed. I would recommend them anytime. read more

The owner was rude, dismissive, and completely unhelpful when I asked for assistance. As a woman and a person of color, I was treated with clear disrespect and felt I was intentionally brushed off. He refused to help and wouldn't even refer me elsewhere, leaving me with no support at all. This lack of professionalism and basic decency is unacceptable.
