This year they had both dry and sad trees that are not filled out. But we turned lemons into lemonade by searching for the right tree for our household in the size of 10-12 feet. Barely any selections to fork over for that price point. So, we looked for a size smaller 6-8 feet and found the best selection in the price range of $169 - $189, a little pricey but worth it, once it makes your whole house smell like pine when you walk-in. They do have trees that are much less as well. We selected a healthy Douglass Noble Fir that was fresh and beautiful! The workers also strapped the Tree to our roof while we sat inside. Great service! Would highly recommend!

It was a little on the expensive side but the quality of the trees were absolutely gorgeous and spectacular, it definitely was worth the cost. We found one we all fell in love with. The employees so wonderful. They help install your base so your tree is perfectly situation in and even load it onto your vehicle for easy transportation. My family absolutely love our tree!
