Their tree lot is conveniently located near Kohl's while still not being too far of a drive from other stores and eateries. Although their lot was small they had a great selection of Douglas and Noble Fir trees. We were kindly greeted by one of the two gentlemen working that day who provided a price sheet breaking down on which type of tree you wanted then height. We ended up selecting a Douglas Fir 6-7" tall for $70. Our tree was very lush, green, and healthy! They do also net your tree for $5. I'm unsure which forms of payment they accept as we already had cash on us. FYI, flocking was not available this year, however, they usually do offer this service. If you'd like a flocked tree they have their trees flocked elsewhere then dropped off to their lot. Unsure on this pricing. We absolutely would come back here next year! Again, they're conveniently located near many stores we frequently visit, offer courteous service, and have reasonably priced trees that look beautiful!

Smith Family Farms truly exceeded our expectations! We went on a busy Saturday and there were…read moreplenty of parking spaces and park attendants to guide us. The farm wasn't too crowded despite the number of cars parked, it's in a large lot with plenty of space to roam around. We were originally going to Lemos Farm in HMB but changed our plans due to traffic, and I'm so glad we did because we wouldn't have come across SFF otherwise. The staff are very welcoming and friendly. The farm did not have any rides but had live music and petting zoo for the kids. There's also food trucks, cookie & coffee stands, and other vendors there. One of the best experiences for us was the corn maze and choosing our own pumpkins to take home (included in the $17 entrance fee). We also got to take home some basil and broccoli plants for our garden. It was such a great visit overall! Highly recommend Smith Family Farms. Can't wait to go back next year!

I'll be at we left at 9:30 in the morning and the ticket per person was very reasonable. They take cash or Venmo. There are a lot of great small kids friendly things to do like a petting zoo where you get to meet baby chicks in person and even touch or hold them and they have pumpkins for you to bring home per person all in all we really enjoyed ourselves. We didn't really have time to explore at all, but we look forward to coming back. My only feedback is to provide carts for taking the pumpkins to the car, it's challenging with little ones when your hands are full. Quick tip: cash or Venmo. Bring a cart for your pumpkins if you have a lot to carry.

The service was horrible like one of the reviews sad it's not the same group and the people was not friendly nor helpful. The prices were crazy this year but I still end up getting one paid $278 got it flocked. They told me two days to pick it up, end up being on thanksgiving drive there and the tree wasn't evenly flocked, half of it was heavily dome while spot and the other half barely touched. So I had them fix it and go back a day later to get it. End up being a two hour drive to get my tree. When I picked it up two set of people asked me if I was being helped yet when I told them i was picking up my tree the walked off and end up not helping me. I went searching for someone else he end up calling the two same two guys to help me with the tree. Got It bagged and put on top of my car. The strings were so loose the tree was easily moving. So I went back and asked the same guy that got the two guys too tie it down. Was a lot better but didn't last 5 mins the tree was hanging off my car, I had to pull over and stick the tree in my car to get it home. FYI my tree was 7 1/2 feet smh they are horrible service for the expensives ass prices they are charging now.

Bought a EZ KIT from MLS in order to simplify my life for Halloween and Xmas display at the house…read more Had lots of weird interference, strings weren't working. Long story short, this company was incredible, they never gave up, helped me troubleshoot over email. We weren't able to figure it out over email, the owner came out himself to make sure he got everything working before Christmas. It turns out it was never an issue with their equipment, ever up being the proximity of FM transmitter to the display. They never gave me a hard time for having issues or complained that they wasted their time for "something that wasn't their problem". Will continue to buy their products going forward... Thank you, MLS!
