Highly recommended.!

The day I was there, one of their suppliers dropped off some freshly baked sourdough loaves, still hot from the oven. Looking forward to coming back next time I'm in the area. Maybe they'll have those cookies again!

However the employee who was helping me went above and beyond! It took some time and calling multiple people, but eventually she was able to help me after speaking to a supervisor on the phone who had gone home for the day. They figured out they needed to use a different computer for the exchange and they put it on a giftcard so I could repurchase the item I wanted to exchange it for. It was the same item but in a different color. I did not know that the Lowe's return and exchange policy was so complicated! Make sure to read up on their policy if you're making a purchase you are unsure about. This was my first experience doing so, and despite the wait, I really appreciated how the employee was so committed to helping me that she went above and beyond to get it figured out. I had a great experience! While waiting, the employees were also very fun and nice to talk to, which made my experience very pleasant. I liked their dynamic a lot. Lowe's seems to have a great team of employees and seems like a fun place to work at! I would absolutely go back to this location and recommend it to others.

The downfall is still the long lines that has a lot to do with them not using barcode scanners...will never understand why they don't. Biggest issue with this location is the absolute disaster the aisles are. My wife wanted to look at a Christmas Gnome that was only located on a very top shelf. There was no one to find to get a ladder and pull one down. The first time I thought it was a fluke but the second time I was surprised again. The store worked for what I needed and I was able to return what I didn't end up using for my project. That being said, I think the lines to return were even longer than the check out lines, if that's possible and I do not recommend coming here if you need something quick. I definitely try to patronize smaller hardware stores as much as possible. Also, this is not a reflection on the store as they have more than enough parking but the patrons in there trucks, big and small, were careless and created lots of unnecessary traffic issues in the parking lot so just be aware of that. My husband and I were looking for materials for our bathroom remodel. Tiles, Vanity, countertops,…read moreetc. We came in on 2 different occasions and I can not recommend Granite Expo. On our first trip, it was busy and no one really seemed to want to help. Since it was our first time, we walked around for about 2 hours really trying to narrow down our decisions. Some of the displays are confusing as to what the prices and choices are so it was a little difficult. If you were lucky enough to get a sales person (we were not) then maybe you were able to get more info. We wrote down our choices and left. I came back by myself during the week hoping it was not as crowded so that I could actually get someone to write me a quote. When I walked in the front door, there was a young women sitting at the first station. She looked up and said good morning. I said good morning and then I went to look at the bathroom vanities. I knew I still needed help, so I walked up to her to ask for help. She turned from her computer monitor, looked me in the eye and said "I am busy right now" and went back to work. What? OK, that was rude. When she saw I was still standing there, she looked to the gentleman to her right and said "Oscar, you are too busy to help her as well, correct?" Oscar looked at me and said I can help you in about 10 minutes. I wish I had gotten her name because she was incredibly rude and disrespectful. After a few minutes, Ocsar tried to help me. I could tell he was rushing and really didn't want to help me so I just gave him some of my choices so I could at least get a quote. I think if you are a contractor they treat you better than just a regular person coming in to look and get prices. My contractor was not with me, so maybe if I had brought him it would have been different. For me, customer service is terrible, pricing and choices are confusing if you are just trying to look around and overall this was a bad experience. I would not come back, especially if someone like the young lady talks to customers that way. We wound up going to another bathroom company to ultimately purchase our vanity, cabinets and counter top.
