We had such a great experience we would recommend everyone in the Dublin, Pleasanton, San Ramon, Livermore area to come check them out for their Christmas tree needs. They have tree stands, tree care solution, I think wreaths too etc. very well lit tree lot. Levi gave our tree some TLC with a fresh cut, carefully hauled it to our van and secured it very well, ensuring it was to our liking as we would be traveling on the highway back to home. The birthday party was a huge success, and everyone had a great time. KR Farms easily accommodated our large group of 30+ guests, and we were able to bring our own beverages, catered food, snacks, and cupcakes. There are so many activities to keep both kids and adults entertained, including bounce houses, a corn maze, a petting zoo, gem mining, arcade games, and so much more. There's also a great variety of pumpkins for guests to choose from. The party picnic tables were located in a shaded area under a tent, which was a must for a sunny September party and gave our guests a comfortable place to eat, relax, and celebrate between activities. Tawny, Keri, and the rest of the staff made the planning process so easy. They let me visit before opening day to see our setup area, which gave me a great feel for the space and helped me plan everything in advance. They were also happy to let us use tape and scissors to hang our balloons and party sign. From planning to the day of the party, the team was responsive, attentive, and a pleasure to work with. The staff was super friendly though, but clearly for a weekday, they're not going to be fully staffed so the snack shack wasn't staffed. To caveat: my kid isn't a fan of bounce houses but I knew he would maybe enjoy the corn pit, the farm animals, the arcade and the pedal cars but 1) the corn pit was smaller than expected and was full of corn weevils (which ChatGPT helped me identify are harmless beetles but still gross), 2) there were only two goats and we didn't have coins to dispense the goat food but they were cute and bleated at us constantly after I managed to feed them some goat food off the floor (sorry!), 3) the arcade was "too loud" for my kid, 4) and the pedal cars wouldn't work. Womp womp. He did enjoy the gem mining and the Tetris Tumbler game and he did enjoy the corn pit until we discovered all the bugs. Perhaps she was not aware her attitude was NOT friendly/helpful ... when she was in a front position representing the Nursery. She only thanked me and got better after I paid almost $400. The man who helped me pushed the cart to my car however was humble and nice. I appreciated him. Overall I didn't like to be ignored and my experience there was not pleasant this time. Unlike at other Nurseries, everyone who saw me picked up anything heavy, they came right away to offer help.

We chose a Noble Fir last year and a Nordman this year; there are various tree sizes to choose from, and we went with 7-8 ft in height. It feels good to support youth and this fundraiser for their scout camps and activities. Prices are on par when compared to other tree lots, too.
