It didn't include the gem mining which was honestly the only thing my kid really liked after I had to pay another $5 for it. The staff was super friendly though, but clearly for a weekday, they're not going to be fully staffed so the snack shack wasn't staffed. To caveat: my kid isn't a fan of bounce houses but I knew he would maybe enjoy the corn pit, the farm animals, the arcade and the pedal cars but 1) the corn pit was smaller than expected and was full of corn weevils (which ChatGPT helped me identify are harmless beetles but still gross), 2) there were only two goats and we didn't have coins to dispense the goat food but they were cute and bleated at us constantly after I managed to feed them some goat food off the floor (sorry!), 3) the arcade was "too loud" for my kid, 4) and the pedal cars wouldn't work. Womp womp. He did enjoy the gem mining and the Tetris Tumbler game and he did enjoy the corn pit until we discovered all the bugs. The prices were crazy this year but I still end up getting one paid $278 got it flocked. They told me two days to pick it up, end up being on thanksgiving drive there and the tree wasn't evenly flocked, half of it was heavily dome while spot and the other half barely touched. So I had them fix it and go back a day later to get it. End up being a two hour drive to get my tree. When I picked it up two set of people asked me if I was being helped yet when I told them i was picking up my tree the walked off and end up not helping me. I went searching for someone else he end up calling the two same two guys to help me with the tree. Got It bagged and put on top of my car. The strings were so loose the tree was easily moving. So I went back and asked the same guy that got the two guys too tie it down. Was a lot better but didn't last 5 mins the tree was hanging off my car, I had to pull over and stick the tree in my car to get it home. Her tone, facial expressions, and overall attitude came across as irritated from the second I started talking. She looked visibly angry, like she was annoyed that I even asked a question. It was one of the most uncomfortable customer service interactions I've had. So rude and unpleasant and unprofessional. I think her conversation and chit chatting with her coworkers was more important. I've spent a lot of money at this nursery over the years, and I drove out expecting knowledgeable, friendly service. Instead, I was treated with disrespect. The only reason I didn't say more in the moment was because I was with my wife and didn't want to make a scene. If interacting with customers makes you that miserable, customer service probably isn't the right position. I would say its like 70% amusement park with rides and maybe 30% pumpkin patch. They are small compared to the farms on Livermore but you'll still have a good time here. Kids who are easily overwhelmed by crowds may enjoy it here. They have a store specializing in smaller, almost hand-held pumpkins and you'll still see a little haystack maze with pumpkins. They also have like three funhouses and a few carnival games. Extremely difficult to catapult a rubber frog into a lily pad - physics just aren't in your side! For food, they have full concession stands with various goodies on a stick plus ice cream. The pumpkin stores used to sell pumpkin pie but I think its just chips and popcorn now. Bathrooms are just porta-potties.

If they had time, they would have gone to the pumpkin patch, but they were so exhausted from all the jumpy houses. It was Fantastic. The trees are definitely on the pricey side even for a tree that isn't huge -- our tree is one of the smallest we have ever had (around 6-7 ft) and the total cost was 97 dollars. They do everything for you once you pick out your tree: cut the stem, wrap it up on your car, and chop any extra branches you don't want. Love this place and highly recommend coming here to find your tree next year. They have noble firs, douglas firs, and many others to suit your needs. Everything is labeled with colors corresponding to size to make the process even easier!

There was a ton of parking and a ton of lots to choose from. They give you a saw on your way in and a map with all the prices and trees. The trees cost the same regardless of the price. A small cedar and a large cedar will be the same price. You can wander, take pictures, and cut your tree. It is such a fun family activity and I can't wait to go every year now. The trees start at around $125 so it is pricey but you are supporting a local family business! The owner was so kind to help me tie the tree to my car too!
