We've been to Classic Pumpkin Patch two years in a row, as its closer to home and small enough for a short excursion. Its located right off the freeway where Schaefer Ranch Road intersects with Dublin Canyon Road. They have a good-sized parking lot and admission is free! I would say its like 70% amusement park with rides and maybe 30% pumpkin patch. They are small compared to the farms on Livermore but you'll still have a good time here. Kids who are easily overwhelmed by crowds may enjoy it here. They have a store specializing in smaller, almost hand-held pumpkins and you'll still see a little haystack maze with pumpkins. They also have like three funhouses and a few carnival games. Extremely difficult to catapult a rubber frog into a lily pad - physics just aren't in your side! For food, they have full concession stands with various goodies on a stick plus ice cream. The pumpkin stores used to sell pumpkin pie but I think its just chips and popcorn now. Bathrooms are just porta-potties. read more

I will say, we took our family again this year cause we had such a positive time previously. Our daughter who is now a year & a half wasn't tall enough to ride any of the rides except the pony express ride. Which was kind of a let down but patch was still cute with nice photo ops. So much fun for the whole family! Please know that The directions online were off by one street at the final turn. Traveling west we had to take the right turn AFTER the directions told us to turn. They have a Ferris wheel a merry go round and 4-5 rides for smaller kids, a hay maze for smaller kids. They even have a little TRAIN! For bigger kids there is a slide and a demo derby ride. They also have pumpkins for sale as well. The food is limited and a bit pricier but it is totally fun for the whole family. read more

Located at the Rowell Rodeo off of Dublin Blvd. Adjacent to 238. Great pumpkin patch with a small carnival rides and a snack bar. Parking is free. Entrance is free. Port a potties by the parking lot and saw employees cleaning through out the night. RideTickets are $1.50 each or $1 if you buy $50. Most rides are 3 tickets each but employees are very nice and allow second rides if not too many people are waiting. We were able to walk through haunted house with parents free for each child. Cute decor and photo ops through out the pumpkin patch. Bright lighting used so not dark at all. My 12 yo daughter enjoyed & us adults that act like kids had fun too. We only did the slide and haunted house so can't comment on other rides. It's not Disney so don't expect a lot. Might make this an annual family event as it was close enough to get a nice pumpkin patch experience. read more

Phenomenal pumpkin patch right off the freeway all by itself with so much to offer! Free adjacent parking, no entrance free. Several different places for fall photo ops, some in the sun, others in the shade - there's just so many to choose from and they're really cute. Rides require tickets & were $1/ticket; each rides was 4-5 tickets and had some height restrictions. My 2 yr old grandson was height/eligible to ride a couple rides and there was no waiting on a Saturday afternoon at 1p. They have so many varieties of pumpkins for all you carving & decor needs. And, I was so impressed: their pumpkins are perfectly symmetrical & without blemishes! Prices are what you'd expect for a pumpkin patch (cheaper at the grocery store but also the inventory is not as pretty/perfect at the grocery store). You can buy funnel cakes, corn dogs, popcorn, cotton candy & few other items on site if hungry. Portable potties are spacious and clean, believe it or not, equipped with washing stations also. read more

Ride tickets are $1 each and rides range between $3-5. If you purchase $100 it's $80. No bathrooms just porta potties. read more

I enjoyed our visit with our 2yo and 2mo. Parking was busy but an attendant waved us through and found us a parking spot. Lots of cute pumpkin displays for photos. Great space to run around and touch everything if you're two years old! Fairly stroller friendly. There were also little rides, but we didn't go on those. And there were snacks like popcorn and potato chips, etc. I think we were there about an hour. It was good fun! read more

This is a great place to take your toddler! We had a great time and my 2 year old enjoyed every ride but unfortunately the following day his face broke out horribly. Not sure from what but the pumpkin patch was the only different place we were. We went on a Saturday night around 5, left around 7;30 went straight home and nowhere else after that. The next day he woke up with a fever few red bumps on his face. His fever subsided. Then Monday came and his face was a little worse. I then made a doctors appt cause of course I panicked. Tuesday we got medicine form the doctor and it brought alllll of whatever infected his face out. He's a lot better now but I would highly recommend to carry wipes and hand sanitizer and clean your child after every ride! And after touching the pumpkins. I'm not trying to scare anyone always but I do wanna put it out there for others children to be safe!!! read more

Pulling into the parking lot staff is the first thing you see guiding you to a parking space with efficiency. If you are worried about having a grumpy toddler, Don't. Almost everyone had one for 10 mins as they woke from there nap including mine. I brought my own wagon although this patch does supply wagons to help carry your haul. There are great small displays and picture opportunities. The kid rides I thought were expensive (9 dollar train ride for me and my son). But when we got on the ride my kids smile was priceless and will forever be remembered. Great selection of pumpkins, some might think they are expensive. I paid 27 for I believe a medium size pumpkin and a baby table pumpkin. The experience is definitely worth it for my little one. He was ecstatic to show me his pumpkin the next morning. BEWARE! They charge for children less than a year. I took my six month old had to pay 3 tickets when each ticket is $1.50 while she sat on my lap. Each ride was atleast 3.50 NOT WORTH IT. read more
