I love that you can actually take your time, compare sizes, and see mature examples. The staff is always kind and patient, and you never feel rushed or pressured. They know their plants and are happy to answer questions. The prices are really fair for the quality, and my last tree (red maple) from them continues to grow beautifully, which is why I trusted them again. If you see my previous post I kept it cute. The way he treated me was bizarre. I had just left my garden in overalls and a bandana on my head ready to purchase some roses. Did he think I was poor plebe (Lodi can be snobby)? Or hates Black people? My friend (white) who watched from a distance was furious and called him out. We love our Kaffir lime tree, dwarf orange tree, apricot, and more which are still thriving and producing. We recently purchased some beautiful flowering groundcovers; and some herbs to expand our spice/herb garden. We appreciate their friendliness and knowledge about their expansive inventory such as best placement to plant, how much sun is needed, what to feed it, what soil works best, etc. Their inventory offers many options that are often not available elsewhere.

The forklift guys are great! They dumped half a yard of rock into my Tacoma and didn't even drop a rock. Also, when I had the sod loaded in the bed the guy laid down the palate with a surgeon-like precision. Also, the staff (only one lady that I saw) was very knowledgeable and friendly. The quality of plants for indoor and outdoor is very good but I didn't have time to think about that since I was busy laying down sod to perfection. 290 square feet and no remnants and it looks marvelous!

Two years ago, we wanted a small statue, and we discovered that Lomeli also has a booth at the Denio's Market in Roseville, and fortunately, they had exactly what we wanted. We recently completed a redesign of our front yard, which included a small patio, so we thought it would be nice to have a small wall fountain and a matching bench. So we headed to Lomeli at Denio's, where we met Andriana Lomeli, who was fantastic, both helpful and knowledgeable. Her selection at Denio's is not as large as in Lodi, but we could browse her catalogs. Unfortunately, she did not have the fountain we wanted in stock, but we were able to order the size and color of the fountain we wanted, along with the color of the mosaic tile. We also ordered a curved bench with the color and tile to match. We thought that was great and their prices are much lower than retail. Adriana called us about 3-weeks after we placed our order, and we then arranged for pick-up. We set up the fountain and bench, along with the little girl statue we bought from them two years ago, and the combination is perfect. And since then, we have had so many compliments, even from strangers. - Highly Recommended.

When I arrived at 5:10, knowing they closed at 5:30, I was rudely "greeted" by a woman who stated, "I close in 10 minutes," inferring I was not welcome to stay. She reluctantly confirmed they did in fact close at 5:30 (in 20 minutes) but after looking at the time on her phone she quickly followed up with, "I close in 5 minutes." Wow. Time was really flying... at least my wallet was. I would have given her the benefit of the doubt had she spoken to me respectfully. I value my time and the time of others and would have been gone before 5:30. Unfortunately, they lost a long-time local customer. I will take my business elsewhere where I am treated with respect.
