I have spent thousands of dollars here in the past. I came today to do a quick walk through before making my next big purchase. When I arrived at 5:10, knowing they closed at 5:30, I was rudely "greeted" by a woman who stated, "I close in 10 minutes," inferring I was not welcome to stay. She reluctantly confirmed they did in fact close at 5:30 (in 20 minutes) but after looking at the time on her phone she quickly followed up with, "I close in 5 minutes." Wow. Time was really flying... at least my wallet was. I would have given her the benefit of the doubt had she spoken to me respectfully. I value my time and the time of others and would have been gone before 5:30. Unfortunately, they lost a long-time local customer. My sister told me about Lomeli's. She bought a beautiful stone fountain here. She thought I would find everything that I need to decorate my backyard fence. She was right. They have a huge selection of stone pieces and fountains outside. Inside they have a great selection of smaller decorative items that are unique. Lomeli's is on the pricey side but they have things that I didn't see elsewhere. The service was great. They climbed on ladders to take things off of walls that I wanted to look at. Great customer service and great value. I put a deposit on a fountain a lot earlier than I should have. They allowed me to wait quite some time before finally having it delivered. Their installers also taught me a few things about installing a fountain that I never would have thought of on my own. Originally I just had them put it on the Orioles out back because I needed to build the raised planter and pond out front which was about a month later. It originally took 3 guys to move it so unless you know what you're doing I would not attempt to do this as the bottom tier weighs ~250-300 lbs and is very awkward for two people especially in a pond. Overall I'm super happy with the product and customer service. They have my business for life. read more

You could keep your word I about going out to the person's house and fixing their fountain. In the summertime I got a hold of them. They never got back to me and a week ago I got a hold of them and I got the runaround and then they said Hugo was going to come Friday Saturday or Sunday and then they said Tuesday and here we are on Thursday and the fountain has still not been repaired.. We happened to spot the sign to this business while driving along Hwy 99. Unfortunately, we passed the turn off not once but about 3 times. Somehow we had a difficult time trying to find them once we got off the posted exit. Leave it to us, to circle around and around until it suddenly appeared where it was supposed to be! What a relief to finally find them, because we almost gave up and moved on! After finding the entrance and parking in the lot, we found ourselves in a maze of fountains, statuary, water features, pottery, garden benches and nursery. Lomeli Gardens has tons and tons (literally), of anything and everything you can imagine for yard decor. We spent a few hours searching the acreage of concrete designs. The selections were amazing and gave us a number of great ideas for our back yard. Many items were at affordable prices, up to more high end designer stuff that would be ideal for your mansion. This is a warning to anyone who is considering purchasing a fountain from Lomeli Gardens. I am not a person who writes reviews, however, in good conscience I needed to write this one. The first fountain leaked within the first year, and the replacement started to decompose within two years. At my former home I had a fountain for over 18 years without a leak or any other problem. It is clearly a quality problem with Lomeli Gardens fountains. After numerous contacts with them, they refuse to stand behind their inferior product. We purchased a 3-tier fountain from Lomeli Gardens in Lodi for our backyard a few years ago, and we love it. Two years ago, we wanted a small statue, and we discovered that Lomeli also has a booth at the Denio's Market in Roseville, and fortunately, they had exactly what we wanted. We recently completed a redesign of our front yard, which included a small patio, so we thought it would be nice to have a small wall fountain and a matching bench. So we headed to Lomeli at Denio's, where we met Andriana Lomeli, who was fantastic, both helpful and knowledgeable. Her selection at Denio's is not as large as in Lodi, but we could browse her catalogs. Unfortunately, she did not have the fountain we wanted in stock, but we were able to order the size and color of the fountain we wanted, along with the color of the mosaic tile. We also ordered a curved bench with the color and tile to match. We thought that was great and their prices are much lower than retail. Adriana called us about 3-weeks after we placed our order, and we then arranged for pick-up. We set up the fountain and bench, along with the little girl statue we bought from them two years ago, and the combination is perfect. This place has a nice variety of products for your outdoor needs. I recently purchase a fountain for my backyard and thank goodness it came in 5 pieces because it weighted close to 500lbs. I paid over $500.00 for it and was pleased with the help I received to load it. When I got home, we off loaded the fountain and set it up and all was good. A couple of days later, I noticed there was a leak on the bottom bowl that holds a majority of the water. I called Rosa at Lomeli and asked what she could help with being that the unit was at my house for less than 3 days. She said I could go buy cement bondo at the store and I asked if she had any extra, she said no. I was disappointed as I spent some good money and got zero customer service after my purchase. My recommendation to buyers is the following: 1. Make sure to test your fountain to make sure all works. 2. Be sure to have water running to make sure there are no cracks. 3. Check the finish, I put blue painters tape on mine during my repair of cracks and it pulled the finish off. Know that once you leave their site, you are on your own! However, when I asked about a warranty on the fountains, she acted like she didn't understand my question and that there was a language barrier. We purchased a fountain from Lomeli's and the pump stopped working! I have called and texted them about getting a new pump and installation. After several days of trying to get a hold of them they finally gave me a price on a new pump and installation, after accepting the quote and asking Lomeli's when they could come out and preform the installation? They been totally unresponsive, not answering calls, or texts? Apparently Lomeli's does not have any concept of customer service! If I ran my company like that I'd be out of business! I have bought several pieces from Lomelis. They over promise and under deliver. I bought a large fountain and paid extra to have them install it. They installed it and put cement between each loose piece. We filled it with water and bought a pump they installed. We tested it. It worked and the left. The next day I noticed it was lopsided. Two days later I noticed it had a leak underneath. I called them to let them know it was leaking and lopsided. The said they do not guarantee cracks and do not issue refunds, but that some of the workers do side jobs and they could come on their own time and "try to fix it" but they did not guarantee that it would not further break, chip or peel. I said "FORGET IT!" iI'll live with a lopsided leaking fountain. A year later, I stupidly bought more pieces. I love statues and fountains. Being the only game in town, I bought a small angel fountain and a few statues. They said they don't deliver! I told them "not so" that they had delivered my big fountain a year prior! They said maybe one of the guys here can deliver it on their own time. She said $50.00 bucks and walked away. I didn't like it but I settled for it. I said okay who! When? Elsa didn't even have the courtesy to turn around to answer me. She yelled "I'll send him out to talk to you." It seemed that as soon as she had my money, I was a nuisance and a bother to her. One of the guys came out after waiting 30 minutes and n the hot sun. He said "$100.00." I was pissed! I said "Elsa said $50.00!" He went back in and argued with Elsa. He came back out and said. That's what I charge. I said "FORGET IT!" I'll have my husband pick it up" So we came back. They did help us wrap it with carpet. My husband wrapped it more and tied it down with many straps. We got home and two days later I set it up and turned the water on. There was a huge hairline crack in the bowl only seen when it was wet. I immediately called Elsa. She said "how do I know you didn't crack it yourself?" Once it leaves here we do not guarantee crack or anything!!" So they don't deliver, but they do on the side. They make you pick it up and they blame you for cracking it? This place SUCKS!! BUYER BEWARE!! They have NO CUSTOMER SERVICE! ZERO people skills! Absolutely horrible quality, and ZERO accountability! Went to the shop to ask if I could hire them to move a fountain I purchased from them several years ago. The store referred me to Elsa at the factory yard. I called her and asked about moving the fountain and she asked for a photo of the fountain. I sent a photo she then said a employee needed to come by and see the fountain. He arrived when expected and quoted me $400 to move the fountain a little steep but I did want it moved by professionals. He said they could do it the following Tuesday at 5:30 PM but I had to clear it with Elsa the following day. Elsa said it was fine that they had a delivery in Valley Springs but should be done in time. He had told me his truck would not work and I would need a trailer to move it and he did not have one. So I arranged to hire a truck and trailer for the move. Tuesday arrived and we were all waiting at 5:30 and the men were no shows. I called the number for Elsa and she did not know why he was not there. I pushed her to find out where he was so she called the employee and told me he went home and would not be coming. I said that was not acceptable that I hired a truck and driver. She then told me it was between me and her employee that this was a side job. I told her I contacted her business and arraigned with her the move that I did not sign up for a side job. She then told me I didn't even buy the fountain from them anyway. I texted her copies of my receipt for the purchase to prove I bought it there. She was rude and condescending to me the whole time. I had to hire the truck for the next day to move the fountain. If you ask me, if I call the business to arrange work and the employee sets it up as a side job that seems a little underhanded and the owner would probably like to know about it. read more

Found this place online. Took a short drive and found my beautiful fountain. Decided I wanted a stain on it. The lady said no problem and didn't tell me it was already stained. But knowing the color was already stained, they went ahead and stained over the original stain. It was delivered and was so blotchy, I knew I couldn't live with it. My cousin had bought a fountain here a few years ago. I brought up that I was wanting a fountain for my courtyard, so he suggested we take a ride. We're in Antioch, so it was a nice 45 minute ride or so. This place has a great variety and the prices are very reasonable. Having difficulty to decide, I was running back and forth amongst my favorites. These people here are outstanding and she even drug a hose to some so that I could hear the amount of sound of the water falling into the 3 tiers. I did make my decision and it was to be delivered when I was ready for it. I set up a date. The day of, Elsa called saying the untimely rain had made it dangerous to handle such a heavy piece and wouldn't be delivered as planned. I was disappointed but it made total sense. She called me shortly after and said she would like to gift me something that would match my fountain for the inconvenience. Of course, I said YES!! Well, it was delivered and installed perfectly a week later to fit my schedule. They did an excellent job and The GIFTS are amazing! She was over the top generous! I have to say the customer service here is the best I've experienced in years. In this world of today, it is a very rare thing and they deserve to be recognized!! I wouldn't give this place one star!!!! I had to return a super heavy low rate fountain AND was charged the price of this piece of crap fountain instead of receiving a refund!!! This caused so much havoc when all of this was so preventable. All Lomeli Gardens had to do was honor my purchase by providing me with high quality merchandise instead of giving me crap and not knowing how to manage business properly. How long have they been in business?! So I was never credited my refund, and charged $400. Instead of having $800, I now have 0. Warning to all: do not come to this place and expect quality workmanship. You'll get a fountain, bird bath, or whatever other ornaments they have that peal, chip and erode. They forgot to give me a part that was needed, so when I came back they wouldn't give it to me because they were technically closed.. even though there were people there. The most annoying thing is they give you no instructions on how to put your fountain together ? So your basically on your own. The seal doesn't work. No touch up pain. Was scratched. Not even enough shims. Overall I'm extremely disappointed in the quality, and service we were provided. read more
