I love that you can actually take your time, compare sizes, and see mature examples. The staff is always kind and patient, and you never feel rushed or pressured. They know their plants and are happy to answer questions. The prices are really fair for the quality, and my last tree (red maple) from them continues to grow beautifully, which is why I trusted them again. If you see my previous post I kept it cute. The way he treated me was bizarre. I had just left my garden in overalls and a bandana on my head ready to purchase some roses. Did he think I was poor plebe (Lodi can be snobby)? Or hates Black people? My friend (white) who watched from a distance was furious and called him out. It took longer me longer to clean up the dirt and debris from the delivery than to move a yard a river rock into my back yard. I called Tracy top soil and they said " that's the way it comes". I am now stuck with debris that I did not want or pay for and a Hugh mess to clean up. Awesome customer service!

We love our Kaffir lime tree, dwarf orange tree, apricot, and more which are still thriving and producing. We recently purchased some beautiful flowering groundcovers; and some herbs to expand our spice/herb garden. We appreciate their friendliness and knowledge about their expansive inventory such as best placement to plant, how much sun is needed, what to feed it, what soil works best, etc. Their inventory offers many options that are often not available elsewhere.

The forklift guys are great! They dumped half a yard of rock into my Tacoma and didn't even drop a rock. Also, when I had the sod loaded in the bed the guy laid down the palate with a surgeon-like precision. Also, the staff (only one lady that I saw) was very knowledgeable and friendly. The quality of plants for indoor and outdoor is very good but I didn't have time to think about that since I was busy laying down sod to perfection. 290 square feet and no remnants and it looks marvelous!
