I rated 1 star due to their inventory. When I was there, they have only high-priced class one in EBikes. Very nice showroom huge number of expensive bicycles, but for me, and all my friends who ride E bikes, one of the most important functions is a twist throttle, particularly when starting from a stop (I.e. a class 2 Ebike). Excellent customer service and products! I randomly stopped by one Sunday to get the tread on my tire looked at. Was able to get a new tire within 30 minutes at a great price! They even helped adjust my seat so it sat properly (I didn't ask, they just took the initiative to point out that it needed an adjustment). My wife and I were in the market to buy e-bikes. We wandered into this store because my wife was interested in one of the bike brands the store carried. Sure enough, she found the exact bike she was looking for, an iZip Vida. George, the owner, carefully explained the features of the bike and my wife took it for a test ride. Because of George's knowledge and understanding of what my wife wanted, we felt very comfortable. We wound up buying my wife's bike that first day along with a recommended bike rack for our car. The next day I wound up buying a Giselle C385. Everyone working in this store was incredibly helpful with a special shout out to Willie. George wanted to keep the bikes and the carrier for a day or so, he could make sure the bikes were ready to take home and the carrier was assembled. We wound up needing some adjustments on the bikes which George was happy to make for us.made for us. He wanted us to be fully satisfied customers ready to enjoy our new e-bikes. And, they installed the bike carrier giving us careful instructions in using the carrier. I could continue to elaborate on what made our experience so enjoyable but for sake of brevity I will stop. Had the best experience getting service for my bike! I had bought my Electra Townie bike at a different shop, realizing that it had some issues a couple days later. Had taken it in with no resolution and was told that there was nothing else they could do. Today I took it in and Peter and his crew took care of my bike, got it fix when I was told there was nothing else that could be done and Peter got it fixed and found all the issues that I had already mentioned to the other shop In less then 30 min. Very nice staff and great bikes. Only gave four stars because when my daughter picked up our bikes, she asked for a basket and they just switched out the bike that was reserved for me which ended up being a lot more expensive than previously quoted. They should have informed her of that before she left so it not a surprise when we dropped them off and paid. read more

My wife and I purchased two E-Bikes from Mostly E-Bikes about 6 months ago and we are very happy with our purchases. My wife's is the cushy Electra Townie and mine is the Gazelle. We are getting older and our necks and backs can't handle a bent-over riding position very long, so these two bike choices were perfect for us. Post-Covid I wanted to get my fat_*ss back on a bike. A once avid rider, I was overweight and out of shape. Seeing e-bikes "everywhere", I did some research and discovered I knew just enough to be dangerous. Driving back from the beach one day, I passed Mostly E-Bikes. A few days later I stopped in. George, the owner, spent a lot of time with me, understanding what I wanted, then explained which bikes and what reasons I might want to consider. The market is flooded with junk ebikes. They are cheap, and in my view, dangerous. You will not find any of these here. Everything they sell is high-quality, and George can explain why that matters, both for performance and safety. My in laws both have electric bikes purchased from George at Mostly E- Bikes and they've been incredibly happy. Since we're new to the e-bike game and on a budget, I decided to buy one of George's rental bikes, a Gazelle Medeo T9 with only 51 miles on it!!! Bike is practically brand new (their rentals are INCREDIBLY well maintained) and because it was a rental George gave me a sweet deal. My wife loves the bike, we jus tbought a trailer to haul the kids in, and I couldn't have been happier with my experience at Mostly E-Bikes. Can't say enough good things about this shop - I've gone in twice now, once for a flat on my cruiser and to pick their brains about road bike recommendations, and a second time today with my road bike. Unfortunately, the shop I actually purchased my bike from left me high and dry after taking my money, and I was a bit nervous going into Mostly E-Bikes because I didn't buy from them. I could not have asked for better customer service from Stephane, who both times has been an absolute pro. Admittedly, I'm about as novice as it gets, and it can be intimidating to ask a bunch of silly questions to guys who clearly know everything there is about cycling, and not once did they make me feel dumb. Within minutes, Stephane was able to assess that my saddle was too low, stem too short and offered to set me up for a fitting service while recommending some products as well. I will absolutely be a customer here for everything I need cycling wise, and I'll recommend these guys to everyone I come across. Even with them being as busy as they are, they're super friendly, helpful, and you can tell they genuinely love what they do.
