I regret to say that my experience with MVP has been overwhelmingly negative. The installation of plants and drip lines was improper, causing severe water leakage and oversaturation of both the ground and the plants.
Despite my repeated follow ups regarding my concerns, the only action taken by MVP was to send out a worker Chris who merely turned off the water system, claiming the timer was set up incorrectly by the companies workers. No effort was made to fix the issues I had raised. The worker even admitted that the plants provided were of poor quality.
Instead of addressing my concerns, MVP tried to sell me landscape rock at a 'discounted' price of $1900,instead of their usual price of $3800. They also offered free lighting for a few plants, but why would I want either option when the initial problems remain unresolved? Why would i want to continue to do additional work with a company that i am already not satisfied with. Your resolution was to offer me additional paid service?
This is not a company of integrity. They are upcharging over 200% for the cost of plants, now do not get me wrong, I understand overhead and profit, but geez whiz, they are gouging thier customers and that is sad. Also, they installed products ahead of agreed-upon dates, accessing my backyard without permission. My overall experience with MVP has been unfortunate. Mr. Jason, in particular, has shown terrible customer service and is very dismissive my customer concerns.
I wish i could figure out a way to attach photos of the plants they provided, which were supposedly replacements for the original diseased ones. It's clear that MVP only cares about money, not customer service or doing a quality job.
In fairness, I must acknowledge that CJ, the design representative, was kind and professional. Unfortunately, the positives stop there. This review is merely based on my specific experience with them and i caution you to do your own due dilligience and if you happen to you use them, no harm no foul, i do not wish bad on any business only success, I just have to be transparent with my experience. read more
