My family of six have lived in multiple states, which means many dentists. Mosaic is the best experience we've had by far. From the time you walk in, until the time you leave, you feel like you are the only person they are treating at that time. It is obvious Dr. C. and Dr. A. have trained their team to put comfort and relationships as top priority. Denise (dental assistant) made sure I knew what was happening and why every step of the way. I was offered water, bathroom break before treatment, headphones for the tv, and a hot towel after the procedure. They even let me relax in the chair until they were ready for me to check out so I didn't have to stand waiting. I've struggled to find an attentive, top-notch, phenomenal dentist in Austin for years- where standard of care is lackluster at best....until now. My out-of-town dentist recommended I see Dr. Conley who she has known for a long time, and I'm so glad I finally did! Ryan the assistant was beyond attentive and patient collecting all of my information and working me up getting me ready for Christina the hygienist that was gentle, very knowledgeable, and took her time answering all of my questions. They really go above and beyond here! My kiddo chipped her tooth on a Friday evening and Dr. C did an emergency treatment even though she was headed out of town. Christina, the dental hygienist, is so sweet and super personable. She has a way with making you feel at ease. They definitely cater to chickens! I have been coming to Mosaic over the course of several years now for cleanings, fillings, and Invisalign treatment. Hands down, you will not find another dentist that cares more than Dr. Conley does. Not just for her patients, but her staff as well. If you have any dental anxiety, give Mosaic Dentistry a chance! I expressed my worries with being at the dentist, and what gives me anxiety in the dentist chair. The team at Mosaic was incredibly kind and understanding, and gave me several options to make me feel at ease. They allowed me to take several breaks during my cleaning to stretch my mouth and go to the bathroom, and were considerate when I asked lots of questions. I have several cavities that need to be filled, and they worked hard to give me the different options available during a cavity filling. They offer TVs, pillows, blankets, weighted blankets, music, and sedation options to make it a good experience. Highly recommend!! read more

Update: it's been almost 2 years and my new dentist still has yet to find the cavities mosaic said they found. They are very polite but after going there based on my dental history being quite good. I was presented with a lot of procedures they wanted to do. I went to another dentist and they showed me all the X-rays and imaging proving I did not need the dental work recommended by Mosaic. They seem to focus on the "use it or lose it" fear based strategy of using the most of your dental insurance has to offer EVEN IF YOU DONT NEED IT! This allows them to bill your insurance and obtain the most amount of money per patient as they can each year. In other words, they are taking advantage of what insurance benefits you have, permanently changing your teeth, and pocketing the most money. **Confirm/validate your insurance before visiting!!** My [young] adult son was looking for a new, local dentist and found Mosaic. Since a new patient, he had to schedule orientation to go along with teeth cleaning (which was his main purpose). He asked if they took insurance, he was advised "YES, [they] partner with MetLife." His appointment went well - x-rays, cleaning, etc. Not long after, he received a bill...?! With my insurance, all services rendered should have been $Zer.O out of pocket. We contacted my insurance carrier to learn more about the EOB and why he was sent a bill for ~$200, my carrier advised that Mosaic is NOT in-network. NOT a bill he nor I were anticipating for routine dental care. My son contacted Mosaic to further be told by their staff that they *don't* contract with any insurance companies??? Things may have changed since his visit, but at the time they were nowhere near in connection with MetLife dental insurance. Obviously, he's moved on to another 5-star locally owned dentist office - which is IN-network with MetLife. Always check with your insurance provider to ensure coverage. read more

Very nice and friendly staff. Clean office environment. However, the actual dental care I received there was less than adequate. 1) Upon leaving, I was charged more than the agreed upon quote. Not a problem if I'm told in advance there would be an extra fee. But that did not happen. 2) My crown was not formed correctly. When I told the dentist he acknowledged such, but said he was afraid to shave it down anymore, lest he hit a nerve. The professional response would have been to go back and form the tooth correctly. But this dentist decided not to. 3) Upon returning to have it looked at again, I was told that I would be charged for another visit. I just left. I'm sure you can find a good dentist in this area. But in my view, I would pass on this one if I were you. read more

So I switched to Mosaic due to my other half going there. My dentist was in Elgin, and I now live in Leander. So it makes sense. I'm glad I made the switch. Dr. Conley and Ellen -- Best. Combo. Ever. Two funny ladies, super gentle. The other ladies in the office are fantastic too, but those are the two that have done all the work. I feel like I've been in nearly every week for the past month, so I've had a lot of time to get some good laughs in. This is the best dentist I've ever been to and my grandpa had his own practice. They are extremely thorough, informative, professionl and you can tell that they really care about their patients.
