Clerk said it was because a big group came in, but the group ordered after me AND received their food before me. Burgers are ok but nothing special. They do get creative with their ingredients. I've never been disappointed by mortys food! If you go during the lunch rush (especially on a Thursday) be prepared to wait, and maybe to park far away, but it's worth it. Their burgers and fries are fantastic. My favorite time to go is actually breakfast. Their breakfast burritos are to die for, and stuffed French toast with Nutella?? Amazing. Ordered online, left way before the time that was suggested, took 10 mins to find a parking spot then another 15 mins to get my order. By the time I was home it was cold and there was so much fry sauce and it that it was dripping with it and cold frys! This place needs some serious rework before I will go back. Ultimate Burger Sadness!! the Kim Kardashian of Burgers!! Got the Yucatan. Burger looked huge, with the meat protruding past the bun! Was a little messy at first. Very tasty once I was able to get burger and toppings in one bite. But then something weird started happening. Burger meat started becoming less and less with each bite, until pretty soon it was just somewhat dry bun with the toppings, no meat! I realize that they have made me a hamburger 'donut', with all the meat hanging outside the bun for looks, but a big 3" hole in the patty hidden by the toppings! With each bite the burger got sadder and sadder, until I had just a three inch round "non-burger". What started out so promising ended up being a hollow and sad experience. Please Morty's, don't put out hamburgers that look impressive on the outside but are in fact hollow on the inside. Please don't make Kim Kardashian burgers! (I would love to try the burger again some day, if only you would make the burger patty fit the bun so I could enjoy the meat and toppings together!) Oh, and my mates each had the same problem (Icon burger and Hawaiian). We all had the same progressively sadder experience. Bad policy Morty's, bad policy. read more

Cool little place. The burgers would be 100% worth the price if they had just a bit more of the special toppings (chorizo, kimchi, etc). Fries are incredible and onion rings are good. The shakes could use a little something extra, very similar to a Wendy's frostees. Overall my experience was good. I'll be back in a while to see how the place develops. read more

Love Morty's! Definitly one of the very best options for burgers in Logan. Parking is shit, but if you are a student on campus it's not a big deal. Burger's are great. They have an excellent variety to choose from, including more conventional style and a couple very strange but delicious combinations. The fries are very good. Usually the whoever working the counter is friendly and outgoing, but a couple times I've gone it seemed like that counter worker hated their life. Patio seating both upstairs and streetside is great. Building is very modern has a pleasant atmosphere. Pricing can feel a bit high. I feel like the portion of french fries with you a meal has gotten smaller over time. A few more fries and I wouldn't mind the price. Try the Yukatan burger! It's great! read more

Every time I have dealt with them in a delivery aspect, it has been just a nightmare experience. They have taken over two hours to deliver our food even when we live literally six blocks away from there. We called several times and were met with endless excuses that never matched up. By the time the driver actually got there, he had a completely different story than who we talked to at the store. To add on, it's almost too expensive, especially when you've been waiting for over two hours and the food is cold when it has arrived. Do not order delivery from them. read more

Morty's food is good. Their seating isn't. This is definitely a college restaurant. I have gone there with my wife & baby & it just isn't a great fit. The seating is tight and they have high chairs but you won't feel comfortable with kids. The burgers are great! Breakfast burrito is pretty good. Salads are ok. read more

My rating is an average of 3 trips I have made recently to the Morty's at Blue Square in Logan. The food I had at the first visit, their Iconic burger and fries, was really good. Best burgers in town. A week later I went with a friend and we waited forever for our food. Salads were good, but served in odd small transparent plastic bowls. Nothing special, and overpriced. Then tonight we took some friends, and were severely disappointed. The sweet potato fries were a hair off of being burned, the chicken nuggets in the kids' meals were hard and dry, the hot chocolate was water with a hint of cocoa, and our friend, who ordered a burger with a sunny side up egg on top, received an overcooked burger with an egg that had a dry well-cooked yolk. He also ordered the scone fries, but these too fell short. Too much of the food got thrown into the trash as we left. As we had recommended Morty's and it was our companions' first time, we were embarrassed. read more
