So I love in-n-out and yesterday my boyfriend and I went to in-n-out with high hopes. First my boyfriend orders his food and then the employee says okay that will be 11.25 at the window doesn't even ask are you getting anything else and I am in the car and then ask us if we are separate check we told her 3 time no we are in the same and then I order she didn't ask if we wanted anything else which you can be losing money on that. The food was moist and soggy and the napkin was wet. Not good we threw most of our soggy ass food away. Listen I am a fast food worker I get you have bad days but do your job you get paid a good amount. $21.34 for two Double Double combos is a bit pricey for the food quality. The fries tasted old, burger was so greasy I was unable to finish it, my root beer had an odd cinnamon taste. In-N-Out sounded good in the moment but we were quickly reminded why we do not eat here! read more

Hot tasty food, always super nice at the drive through. We don't mind the fries, they are what they are and we know what to expect. The hot chocolate is super good, the chocolate shake is very mild flavored though. We like to get our burgers animal style and well done. Prices are extremely reasonable. read more

I've always had a super pleasant experience here! The staff is quick and friendly. The food is cheap, and they're open late, which makes it high on the list for a college kid. Here is the thing about In-N-Out Burger, this place holds a lot of nostalgia for many people. Nostalgia is a heck of a thing and blind folks from the fact that it is just a standard burger that is more expensive than comparable burgers. I understand this for sure, I have a burger place I grew up eating and I dream of it sometimes. However, in all likelihood it is also nostalgia blinding me. So in the end if you want a regular old burger this is not a bad choice. The restaurants are usually lively and clean. I went in and forgot I had card guard on so when I went to pay my card declined. I asked if I could pay cash and handed the cashier $10. He handed me back one of my $5 and $5.43 in change. After getting my food, I counted out the change and left $8 on the way out so nobody would get in trouble.
