Open communication has been GREAT and even provided a ballpark price quote! Very happy with them, and havent even brought my dress in yet! **CONTINUED** I am beyond impressed with this business. Long story short, my apartment complex lost my dress I ordered for my brothers wedding and I was scrambling to find a dress days before flying out to CA for my brothers wedding. I brought the dress in Friday afternoon, like 1:30/2PMish and had to bring the dress in significantly (ended up finding a dress last minute on FBMP a few sizes too big) and it was ready Tuesday evening after work! Its like it was originally made that size from the company! Beautiful work, flawless execution of this alteration. They had transparent communication around what they were gonna be doing and to say I am impressed is an UNDERSTATEMENT. I am shouting praise from the rooftops for this business and please dont keep hunting for dry cleaning/alterations.. THIS is your place!

Plus they picked up and delivered directly to/from our house. Meaning I didn't have to lug any clothes anywhere! I would recommend this service to families, business owners, daycare centers, and everyone in between. Excellent service and very competitive pricing. Thanks again!

Not only was she able to repair it, but it only costed me $12. Now I didn't expect her to completely restitch the shoe back exactly how it was, but she was able to make it less noticeable. Now I can wear my shoes outside. I'll be back to bring a jacket in that I need to have altered.

They do lots of services including dry cleaning, wash/dry/fold, alterations and lots more. I think they take the items to another location to be washed, I saw a truck unloading clothes last time I was there. I got a suit dry cleaned and it was cheaper than another dry cleaner in the area I've tried. It was ready 2 days after I dropped it off. They did a good job on the suit. There was some red wine splashed on the bottom pant leg and they attached a note saying it was too tough to safely remove. So that stain was still there, but besides that it was cleaned and ironed very nicely. I will go back for sure.

I've been coming to this location consistently for some time to have my mom's dry cleaning done…read more.. and mine done very seldom! I have noted under the new management, the price has increased twice! The lastest increase occurred during the current COVID pandemic! When I inquired about this increase, the owner stated it was because they changed off-site dry cleaning plants and the new one was more expensive! I also noticed on my receipt that they pass on their service fee when using your credit card with their Clover POS system! When I inquired about the service fee, the owner stated it was always there, even under previous management! I disagreed and told him I had reviewed prior receipts once I saw it on my most recent receipt! He claimed that it was baked into a higher tax at 9% vs 7.25%... Is that even legal? When I reviewed my old receipts again, there was no such upcharge in sales tax! During the visit, and while bringing this to his attention, he was quite defensive and told me that my questioning and tone was out of order! I informed him that as a customer, I had every right to question that for which I was being charged! And further, why is he not making his customers aware that this fee is being included on their bill? He stated, "it's on there, right in from of your face!" And when I asked why prices are not posted in clear view for customers to see BEFORE he rings in the items to be dry cleaned? He stated "it's here (over the cash register pointing in the opposite direction) behind the counter!" Again, he was quite upset by my line of questioning, and stated he wished to refuse me service of my mom's items because of my tone of voice, and accused me of yelling at him and complaining! False! I explained to him that I don't believe it was my tone of voice that was at issue, but instead it was my line of questioning and my reaction to his in substantial, illogical responses and his "superb" customer service! Such business practices were never an issue under prior management! One price meant just that... one price! Any cost and fee for additional services rendered was posted and clearly communicated BEFORE you were charged! I have since contacted and made inquiries regarding the same with the BBB!
