This spot came up with good reviews and I decided to give them a try. They're in a small plaza with a restaurant and some other businesses. There isn't a lot of parking, but I suggest going during a non-peak meal time to find a spot. I've been fortunate to find parking both times I've gone. The owner was present when I arrived with my pants. He confirmed he could do a delicate cleaning on these and would not press a crease into the pants. (His rule of thumb is to not put a crease in unless the customer asks.) He did recommend that I remove the button as he didn't have a spare, which the instructions in the pants suggested anyway. He loaned me a seam ripper from the back so I could remove the button before he took the pants. They do not use harsh chemicals on dry cleaning here - good for those avoiding harsh chemicals and wanting an eco-friendly cleaner. Prices are very reasonable here. My pants were finished on Monday afternoon with no rush charge. (I dropped them off on Saturday.) The pants looked crisp but not crunchy - ready to wear after being picked up.

He did a search and found Gentle Care about 10 mins. further and brought the bags to them. They said they could clean them, didn't mention price .(just asked for his credit card for a deposit). OK, he doesn't feel great (on oxygen for Pulmonary Fibrosis) and owners couldn't have missed that! They never mentioned a price, just rang up his card. They didn't even tell him when the handbags would be ready until he asked, and the male clerk/owner(?) said "about a month, we have to send them out". After hubbie told me this when he got home, I asked to see the receipt. I was shocked to see they charged him an $85 deposit and planned to charge an additional $40-plus upon pickup. This was a Saturday so they squeezed in this outrageous ripotff of a sale just prior to closing. I left a scathing voicemail telling them to credit his card and have the bags ready for pickup Monday morning. Hubby went in to pick them up and get a receipt for a credit to his card. They had the bags, but the woman said she had (are you ready?) "NO WAY OF REFUNDING HIS CREDIT CARD"!!!!! At that point he just took my bags brought them home and proceeded to file a CC dispute against them. I also spoke with the (excellent) BOA rep who confirmed that no service was ever provided by Gentle Cleaners, and they did not handle things in a professional manner. May I suggest to all that you to NOT do business with this unscruplous company?? There are local competitors who conduct their business in a legitimate fashion!! P.S. FYI, we won the dispute, but we should never have had to go through all that in the first place! :-)

I think it was either a tiny drop of blood or red ink. We contacted the bridal shop, who then contacted the manufacturer; we were advised to bring the dress to a dry cleaners for spot cleaning. I called Elite Cleaners because they specialize in wedding gowns and had good reviews. I spoke to the owner, who suggested that I bring the dress to the location where the dry cleaning is performed so they could take a look at it. While I waited, they were able to clean and remove the spot. I was so pleased! They also offered to press the dress in order to remove some wrinkles that occurred when the dress was transported from the bridal store to our home. We had this done a few days later, and were very pleased with the results. Thanks to Elite Cleaners for saving the day with our daughter's wedding dress!

First, they are in a very convenient location in south Charlotte and offer an array of dry cleaning services. I'm on the go for business so I like to have my shirts and pants pressed and ready to go, so when I dropped off my items I advised them as to what I'd like accomplished, and they were very friendly and accommodating. To my surprise there was not much of a lead time given they are super busy (I dropped off on a Saturday and 15 shirts and 6 pair of pants were ready by Tuesday). It was very affordable and all items were wrapped very well with a heavier gauge of plastic wrap than I've seen at other cleaners. All aside, very impressed with my initial experience and look forward to using them again!

It actually makes my whole closet smell of fresh Tide. I use it often for my household items like my extra large Ruggables and comforters even my outdoor curtains. Everything always comes out just perfect. I have used the wash and fold option too and it comes out as nice as the dry cleaned items. Then there is the outstanding customer service. Every employee I have ever dealt with has been friendly and fast. For added convenience use the app and pick up or drop off on your own time or they even deliver but the drive thru is easy enough. There was some red wine splashed on the bottom pant leg and they attached a note saying it was too tough to safely remove. So that stain was still there, but besides that it was cleaned and ironed very nicely. I will go back for sure.

At first they were reluctant, but I encouraged them and they finally agreed. The next day I get a phone call saying they had decided not to clean it, as they were afraid they were going to "mess it up" in which case they would have to pay for it. Washing instructions were printed on the item for a reason, and if followed properly it should be okay. Perhaps they need to find some employees who won't "mess things up". I found another cleaner who agreed to wash it, and it turned out fine! No problem!

All the work is done in-house here and organic. Lots of other dry cleaning places (that are less expensive) ship out the garments to another facility so it then becomes a game of transportation and logistics. I know I've been trying to be more environmentally conscious about my decisions, but think about the extra gas it takes to transport garments from the cleaners to another place - it just erks me to think about the wasted fuel as I'm sure all that driving adds up.
