Called about a used gun I saw online. They confirmed it was still in stock. When I arrived the gun was out of the case waiting for me. The salesman pointed out a few cosmetic flaws that he had noticed and understood if I wanted to change my mind. He offered to show me what else he had in stock or let me talk to the manager but a gun ain't supposed to be pretty!!! Bottom line, I got what I was looking for at a fair priced. I still search their website every week, read more

Really disappointing experience at Morr Range. I was there with a friend, and from the moment we walked in, the professionalism was lacking. The employees at the front were openly discussing personal topics, including "baby daddy" drama and other conversations that were completely inappropriate to be having loudly around customers. It was a strange first impression for a business that is supposed to take firearm safety and professionalism seriously. Once we got onto the range, we were assigned an employee named Rob. He made what should have been a simple, enjoyable range session extremely irritating. He constantly hovered over us, interrupted us, criticized our shooting, and repeatedly talked about his own experience and qualifications. Instead of being there primarily for safety and assistance when needed, it felt like he wanted to turn the entire session into a lecture about himself. There is a difference between a range officer correcting something unsafe and someone constantly breathing down your neck while you're trying to use range time you paid for. Rob crossed that line repeatedly. The range also has some ridiculous additional-charge policies. There are areas around the target system where hitting something can supposedly result in a $25 charge. I completely understand charging someone who recklessly damages equipment, but the way these rules are structured feels like another opportunity to charge customers extra money. I've been to other indoor ranges and have never experienced anything this excessive. The worst part was that we paid for a full hour and didn't even receive the full hour. Our session was cut short because the employees said they needed to clean the range. Nobody told us before we paid that the range would be closing early or that our session would be shortened. We were still charged the full amount. Between the unprofessional conversations at the front desk, Rob's attitude and constant interruptions, overpriced ammo and supplies, excessive extra-charge policies, poor communication, and the small range itself, there really wasn't much about the experience that would make me want to come back. There are plenty of ranges where the employees understand how to keep customers safe without hovering over them or making the entire experience uncomfortable. I'll be going somewhere else next time. read more

At 74 years old standing 5' 9" I must be a "Bad Man" to require an escort out of their establishment! I stopped in to look at shotguns and upon entering there were 3 employees up front at the cash resister none even took the time to acknowledge me even though I was the only one in the store. After standing in clear view of these employees for several minutes I walked up to David and asked if he was the manager. His response was no, but can I help you. I said I liked to speak to the manager so I can file a complaint and I was told "he is busy". My response was, "Too busy to take a complaint?" With that he went into another room through a door with glass where he spoke to I presume the manager who was standing in front of a snack table. Gee I guess we didn't want to interrupt his break! This individual ( Tyler) comes out and introduces himself as the manager and asked he if could help me. I told him the situation about his employees ignoring me and he asks if he could interest me in something to which I said, "No, not now; I was going to buy that Benelli M2 but since your employees ignored me I'm not going to." Oh his employee ( David) stood there and lied saying he acknowledge me when I walked in but in the next sentence he said he didn't see me! At that point I looked at the employee and politely said, " you may leave, your dismissed" because if he was going to stand there and lie he didn't add anything to the conversation. That lit a fire under the store managers butt as he proceeded to tell me I don't tell his employees what to do and to get out of his store and don't come back. With that I started to leave but his employee (David) was in close proximity behind me. I stopped and asked if I needed to be escorted out of the store and with that I was told to "yes, you do, get out and don't ever come back". Do yourself a favor and don't buy anything at Morr's Outdoors if that is the way they treat people. My advice, go someplace else, someplace where you are a valued customer and get treated with respect and dignity! read more

Went to help a friend learn how to shoot a new fire arm she purchased at a gun sale. Regretfully the gun was badly warn and defective. Luckily I had brought mine along. Range safety personnel were friendly, provided her helpful tips, and we are going back this week for her to try some rentals. Great prices!!! read more

This was such a fun experience! We went with a big group and they were excellent from training to guidance while in the range. We were very new and they told us exactly what to do. We felt very safe with them and staff were so helpful and friendly. We got to try lots of different guns as well. I highly suggest coming here if you want to try shooting and are new, or if you are experienced as well! read more

Looking to purchase first handgun, and stopped in Saturday after going to first gun show in Quarryville. The store was incredible ( compared to the 1st half dozen I have visited). Selection and pricing was great and the helpfulness of the staff was even better. read more

Amazing Range, great and helpful staff. Find times where the range does not have a wait and you should be fine.

We LOVE this range! My husband got me a membership for my birthday this year. The membership rate is definitely worth it! The staff is really nice and helpful. We have had some fun interactions with the staff! For the rentals, they have a pretty good selection of guns. It would be nice to have a .22 magnum available to rent, which is not an option, unfortunately. The RSO's are extremely helpful. They have helped my husband and I perfect our stance for shooting. I would definitely recommend! read more

I took the NSSF First Shots class today and man, what a bargain for $40! Almost two hours of instruction on safety, terminology, and proper shot sequence/execution, a very nice First Shots binder (including safety info, a recap of the lesson, paper, and a pen), eye and ear protection (rental), and ample shots with both a revolver and a semi-automatic handgun. Tracy and Mike were wonderful instructors who covered the materially thoroughly and answered any/all questions respectfully and with an obvious knowledge of all things firearm related. They were also very supportive and encouraging on the range - I felt safe at all times and truly appreciated their enthusiasm when I shot well! In addition to the First Shots class, they have ladies' nights, range/gun rental, sales, parties, and more. This First Shots class is ideal for any beginner (over age 10) and I would highly recommend it to anyone who wants to shoot but might be even a little nervous or unsure about it! I can't wait to go back and shoot again! read more

Family owned business. They are always eager to help, whether the customer is a woman or a man, they spend time and are eager to help. I was new to gun owning a few years ago, and now, 4 years down the road and many guns later, Morr is like Cheers- everyone knows my name. ;-) read more

Went here today with my husband for my first time shooting! My initial impression of the store was it was super clean and well organized, along with the indoor range they have a whole show room of guns they are selling along with some other supplies and accessories. Me and my husband rented a lane for one hour, purchased two boxes of ammo, rented one hand gun, and bought 3 paper targets all of that came to $73. Right off the bat upon entering the range we were met with 2 employees who immediately started up a conversation.and were super welcoming and answered all of our questions. This was my first time shooting a gun so I was already very nervous, my husband had shot there before so he was familiar with how to shoot and hold the gun, my first few shots I was struggling with getting the hand positioning of holding the gun properly and the whole time I'm learning the staff behind me said nothing but kind encouraging words to help me feel comfortable and get a hand of properly holding the gun. After a few more minutes of me shooting the one male employee could see I was looking super tense so without me even having to ask he had a female employee come in and introduce herself and offer some guidance and tips on how to shoot. She spent a good 5 minutes walking me through everything and had me even practice in front of her to make sure I was correct. After getting me little crash course and shooting a few more rounds I was super comfortable by the end of our lane rental. If it hadn't been for the amazingly sweet staff that went out of their way to help me I would've gotten discourage and probably continued not knowing how to properly use a gun. The one employees words stuck with me when I told him I was scared if shooting he said to me that it's because guns are always associated with something bad , he then said just remember your in control of the gun and how it will be used. I highly recommend going here if you want a friendly range and if your shooting for the first time and need some lessons. Also another tip even with your earplugs it is still gonna be pretty loud in there if your like me and never heard a gun shot before it's gonna make you jump so brace yourself for that! Other than that my last piece of advice is don't be afraid of shooting it is a great learning experience and you will have a whole new respect for handling firearms. read more

I love coming here every week to practice on the range. The staff here are super friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to have a great conversation with. All the RSOs are helpful and make you feel right at home. This is one of my favorite hang out places since moving here. Recommend becoming a member if you plan on shooting just even once a week. I was able to sign up during a promotion they had last November. read more

Great indoor range, enjoyed my last few visits so much I decided to invest in a membership for the range.

Great place! Beautiful storefront, well stocked and plenty of knowledgeable staff. I went with my dad to try out the range and we had a great time. Tons of open lanes, safe and high quality materials. I'm a very occasional shooter compared to my dad who is much more experienced and we both felt comfortable in the environment. I plan to sign up for the gun safety course they offer- love that there is a female instructor! read more

This did the range that you wish you had near you. I live in NY and there is nothing close to this place anywhere. Very professional staff. Very modern and well designed state of the art facility. I don't mind the drive from NY so I go often. read more

So glad they built the new facility! Customer service is outstanding! The can get pretty busy, especially on weekends. Their first shooter clases are well done and well attended. Shooting lanes are easy to schedule. There always seems to be a competent safety observer supervising the lanes for added safety. Highly recommend as a veteran who appreciates well-run and customer-centered businesses. read more

I have a medical condition and am unable to wear a mask. The store clerk refused to serve me, stating they were following the Governors orders. I respect that, but the Governors orders also state that those with medical conditions are exempt from the order under Section 3. I felt discriminated against, but had no issues at a number of other retailers. read more

Called Moor to inquire about a Kimber pistol at 12pm. They had one in stock and left a deposit. Walked out of store with pistol in hand that day. They could not have been more friendly or helpful in contrast to a lot of other gun shops in the local area. Great inventory. You must check them out. read more

This is how all shooting ranges should be - clean, inviting, spacious, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, accommodating, and fun. One of the best shooting experiences I've had in a while. They had a lot of nice, newer guns to shoot and they made recommendations to me and my hubby. We were happy we didn't have to wait for a lane as often when you go to a range on a weekend they are crowded but we went right in no problem. Never have I had a range master be so nice, laid back, helpful and accommodating. She helped me load my gun, made sure I was all set up, made a different gun recommendation which I took her up on and she brought me the other gun, a new target and more ammo - I felt like royalty! And we weren't under a time constraint like other ranges so it was just overall a pleasurable experience and I can't wait to go back! read more

I went into the old location a couple times, back when it was still a nice family-oriented place. It's a darn shame they had to change their business style, because I won't go back to this new store. Unfortunately what jumped out at me was the incredibly expensive ammo, marked up to the max. Then there were lots of cheap chicom scopes and red dots, priced way more expensive than what they go for online, a very boring rifle selection, generic, dime-a-dozen used pistols, and way too much clothing and pricey fluff merchandise. I didn't see anything that I'd be interested in here that I couldn't get cheaper online. No good buys, nor anything unique or unusual. I wouldn't even use them as an FFL because they have the highest price I've ever seen to receive anything. It just reminded me of yet another greedy, overpriced big box store, like an overpriced Dick's Sporting Goods. It's sad, because the old place was so interesting. read more

First time shooting for my 17 year old daughter. She came with my adult son and me. The introduction to shooting could not have been any better. We were greeted nicely by a smiling and confident young lady, who gave us a general rundown on how the process works for someone eithout any training or previous experience. Then JD walked us all through the basics and we we're able to shoot off 100 rounds, all in about an hour and for only $70, everything included (9 mm handgun rental, 2 targets, 3- ear and eye protection, 1 lane all to ourselves). If you ever wanted to give shooting a try, you can't find a better place. From no experience to 100 rounds in 1 hour, perfect!...(and no wait in the summer hours I'm told) They are friendly, experienced and make it all so comfortable and enjoyable. Can't say enough about Morr. Thank you ALL! read more

The staff was quite helpful and friendly. There was a good balance between safety and hands off, hard to get right at a shooting range. Our only issue was in the mechanics. This is a brand new facility, (Opened in the fall of 2017) but the electronics of moving the targets forward and back are far from state of the art. Worse yet, our toggle switch was falling out of the wall, AND, would continually get stuck not allowing us to move the target. read more

My wife and I took the First Shots class and was very pleased with the instructor and class content. Had a chance to shoot, which was a great experience. A week later we bought a gun from their store and took a lesson and shot in the range. Both times we found the instructors very knowledgeable and helpful. The range set up is first class and our entire experience at Morr was excellent !! They have a nice variety of guns and ammo on sale too. We'll be back !!! read more

Morr is by far the worst gun store experience I've ever had. The staff is HORRIBLE, even if you ask the most easy to answer question, you'd think you just asked them to run a mile in the rain given the looks on their faces. I've never once felt welcome or wanted by staff. They seem as if their only goal is to get you to stop asking questions so they can go home. They are also inexperienced and not knowledgeable about state or federal laws. For instance a range clerk told me it was PA state law that no one under 21 could enter the range without a guardian. This is blatantly false. When having a gun ordered through Morrs service they had to call and ask me 3 times what capacity magazine I had specified because they were just so careless they forgot each time. Lastly they have no control over their online presence as all sources i could find listed different hours than the actual store has posted. If you need anything gun related DO NOT go to Morr. Trop gun store is much better in selection and a staff. I cannot emphasize enough how terrible the customer service is and how hostile the staff is for no reason. It's like an entire store staffed only with people who hate their job and don't feel much warmer about the customers. read more
