Jim was extremely helpful! I told him what kind of trails I planned to ride, and he set me up with a bike based on my size. They made a bunch of adjustments and checked the whole thing over. He went over all of the features and gave me some tips in case I ever had to make a repair on the fly. I also decided to buy a new carrier for my truck. I was perfectly fine to install it, but Jim grabbed his tools and insisted on taking care of it. I really don't think you're going to find better service.
