A far cry from what these bikes are actually worth. If coming to a place to be treated like you're a bother and get ripped off is your thing.. then this is your place to buy a bike. Just find a good bike shop that will be kind and treat you right. Cheap isn't the answer. I'll pay more for great service every time!! This place is just not it.

Jim was extremely helpful! I told him what kind of trails I planned to ride, and he set me up with a bike based on my size. They made a bunch of adjustments and checked the whole thing over. He went over all of the features and gave me some tips in case I ever had to make a repair on the fly. I also decided to buy a new carrier for my truck. I was perfectly fine to install it, but Jim grabbed his tools and insisted on taking care of it. I really don't think you're going to find better service. I went in looking for cam cleats for a sailboat and they had no idea what cam cleats were, instead directing me to "Jam cleats", which are not interchangeable. They aren't sailboat guys, so it's okay I guess. The boats on the used lot seem to have extremely high asking prices relative to fair market value and what those models sell for in proximal geographies. I am sure they've been gone through by the mechanics and are in tip top shape but I am not sure if that justifies the 2-3X increase over the normal price.
