In that time there…read morehas not been one time that when I paid my membership fee and showed up (up to a week after I paid) and my card won't open the gate. No one is there to help and you cannot go in until they respond within 48 hours. I have also showed up a few times to have an event going on with NO areas available to shoot. I have gotten ticks from the outdoor ranges, seen them climbing on the benches. One person I talked to said he got a bullseye pattern from a tick bite there, so if you do go wear tick repellent. Now ticks are everywhere in PA, however I do not believe they spray for them and I see them there every time I go to the outdoor ranges. I would say that I have gone at least a dozen times in which the gate isn't working and you can't get in. The people are mostly friendly there, but some of the staff are downright rude if you don't do exactly what they say. IE: I found a open range on a tournament day, no signs anywhere and started shooting. Worker shouts at me that I need to leave. I turned to him, gun pointing down range still and asked him if there was a problem and he responded with "What the hell! Follow the rules! Is that thing loaded?" Like I was going to muzzle sweep him or something. Then told me there was a tournament if I didn't realize and the range is closed. I'm done, too much crap with this range. Hope they figure it out, but it's always something with this place.

I really never improved much at all. Then one of my friends who was an average shooter and sometimes struggled to qualify took a class with Loren Hockensmith and scored 95% on his next qualification. I decided to try Loren and see how good he was. I am 100 percent impressed with the attention that I Loren provided to me. He started by having me shoot at 15 yards to observe my shooting. Loren then started by changing the position of my feet, my posture and even the way I held the gun. I started with 12 inch groups and finished with 2 inch groups and in a couple of instances put multiple bullets through the same hole. I simply can't rate Loren high enough, on a scale of 1 to 10, Loren is a 15. Loren was able to fix 63 years of bad habits. I have attended multiple law enforcement training classes and not once has any instructor paid attention with as much detail as Loren.

Dan was able to quickly diagnose and begin to correct issues with my form, and by the end of our time my aim was both more accurate (closer to my intended target) and more precise (more consistent grouping).
