They were not the lowest price but seemed fair. But when it came time to move... it just became very unprofessional. They promised to help pack the day before but when the were supposed to come... First they were late, then the main guy showed up with his son and some trash bags. They basically put some clothes in a trash bag. They didn't help pack most of the stuff then complained that it wasn't ready on move out day AND THEY LEFT HALF THE STUFF. SEVERAL ITEMS BROKEN. NO REPLAY WHEN I NOTIFIED THEM. AVOID!!

Convinced they were legit I completed their CONTACT US email form describing the landscape work I wanted them to price. In case the guys wouldn't check the inbox for internet contact emails I decided to call the office and Cameron, one of the owners, answered. He said that he had just seen my contact email and we discussed the work I needed. Because it was a landscaping job he said he'd have his business partner, Brantley, call to coordinate an appointment. I understood that he'd need to look at the work before giving me a price. Its been 8 days since the initial contact and still no call.

One phone call to work out all the details, pay a $99 deposit ahead of your moving day. They sent out two guys that were great, tied down everything in the truck carefully, and were able to do anything I needed! I must admit, I didn't have anything super heavy/big/challenging to move, so if you do, maybe request three guys or two especially strong ones, hahaha. I made them make stops at two places, and then carry everything up a flight of stairs. No complaints! This is a great option for quick 1-2 bedroom moves!

Joel answered every question and made it clear that MoveDaddy would do everything possible to smooth our way. And boy, did they deliver! Not only did they offer the lowest rates, the four superheroes they sent (Nick, Dougie, Juan, and Pavlo) filled two trucks in just a few hours, working indefatigably with a speed and cheerfulness that was awe-inspiring. A few hours later they pulled up at our new home and their attention to detail, putting each box in the area designated, has made unpacking so much easier for us. If you think eight hours of lifting and carrying would slow them down, you haven't seen these guys - they were absolute rock stars, still running back and forth to the truck until the last box was unloaded. I can't recommend MoveDaddy highly enough - and count yourselves lucky if you get Nick, Dougie, Juan, and Pavlo to ease your transition into a new home. You won't regret using this company!
