Just had my unit picked up today. I've had it for nearly a year and not one issue. From delivery to removal, the process has flowed smoothly. Everyone I've spoken with during and within my rental have all been friendly, personable and helpful. My payments were automated and changes to payment methods (when needed) were effortless whether called in or completed online. The container was spacious, easy to access and to secure. If I had to do it all over again, I have saved them in my phone (and maps app) in the event I should need a unit in the future. This is a service and business I highly recommend. I have been a customer since 2025 and up until now I have never been placed in auction status. When I found out I immediately reached out to the corporate office. I spoke to the GM and she informed me that my account was late due to a non-payment from way back in November 2025. All though the explanation made little too no sense I went ahead and made the 336 dollar payment because I still wanted my belongings. After making the payment the property manager informed me that they had cut my lock and replaced it with their s and she would have to escorts me to unlock my unit. When she unlocked my unit I immediately noticed that item had been stolen out of my storage unit. I had not been inside my unit in almost a year because I was out of town working. I noticed them and I was told that it was nothing they would be able to do an I would have a difficult time providing it. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I am very disappointed read more

Earlier this month we had a last minute move. We were trying to help someone whose truck broke down. We called Attic Plus and they were able to get us a truck for Saturday and we had called on Thursday. We were able to get it picked up Saturday morning and get everything taken care of. They were so helpful and called to let us know the truck was ready. If you need to a truck to help move to your nice new home, give the people of Attic Plus Storage a call! I had a great experience with Attic Plus portable storage. April, the manager, was very helpful in securing 2 pods for me at the last minute. Very appreciative of her great customer service! Chris, the driver, was also very customer friendly, professional and you can tell that he enjoys what he does. During drop off and pickup, he made sure to place the units in a place that didn't damage our property, obstruct traffic or our neighbors. During the month of November 2022. I contacted Attic Plus to rent a storage attic. On Wednesday, August 2, I arrived at home to discover a surprise. All of my mother's things were carried off with not explanation by the Attic Plus driiver. (The contents contained fine china, furniture and televisions) which all belonged to my Mother who passed away in November of 20321.) The thing that really got me is no one called me or anything. My things were just snatched up out of my yard and I was left to wonder with many scenerios My first thought was Oh Lord; I must have missed a payment or something. So I picked up the phone and contacted customer service. The representative stated to me that she could not locate my property and that customer service does not have any records in reference to pick up or monies owed. I hung up and I called back because I was literally in tears. I tried 3 more attempts and to no avail, no one could help me. Instead I was questioned and asked if I knew which location delivered the container to me when I first ordered and I was told that if I could not provide that information or a unit number, I could not receive help until the next day. I was constantly looking at my email trying to find out what the heck happened and I wanted to see if someone emailed me and I saw nothing. I checked my spam and discovered that there were two emails from Amandra Sherfield. The first one stated that she was trying to contact me for a scheduled pick up and she stated that she was trying to save me from paying $100.00. This email was sent at 5:13 p.m. The second email was sent at 5:18 pm stating that there was a miscommunication error and it stated that I would be credited for one month. The container was re-delivered on August 3, 2023. I have taken a photo of my Mother's things and they are tumbled everywhere! I realize that mistakes happen, but I am not happy about any of this because those things are not replaceable and they belonged to my Mother. I sent a photo to Ms. Sherfield ,who stated to me to take my time and please get back with her about anything. The costumer service was great and the got the storage unit out to me fast. The truck driver was awesome. He backed up through the yard like Jeff Gordon. ( safely of course ) The truck driver was so strong that he probably could of moved the unit himself. read more

This facility is very well maintained with great prices.

I have used attic plus storage for 7 years during that time there have been many changes,updates all for the better for attic plus. Not one time has there been a change for the customer. They could at least say you have been a loyal customer for years we would like to provide a month free. They could repave the driving area where they have been patching it up for years. The only service they provide is a place for people to put their excess belongings that does not do enough to justify a rate increase. I believe there should be more done to honor the rate increases and the unfriendly not helpful to the consumer changes. read more

Facility is very well maintain. They take care of their property like they do their customers by saying that, it's the best around. As for the portables they are the best price in town and the best in customer service. Why pay movers when you can have your unit brought to you, then moved to your new home or store.
