Once we decided on the shed, Kevin Pipkin took the time to go through and make sure we included everything we needed and wanted. Very quick turn-around from the time we ordered to the shed getting installed. The installers Lee & Jamie Robertson were amazing! They built our shed within a timely manner and were very friendly. They worked with us to make sure the shed and sky light were in the best possible location and made sure we were happy with everything. The shed was built with quality materials, and is so sturdy I'm sure we'll be using it long after the warranty is up. If we ever need another shed we will definitely return to Tuff Shed and request Kevin & The Robertson Brothers.

I paid for security and video surveillance and neither was provided. All I got was "I'm sorry". Pretty worthless when you have a $12k trailer mostly full of stored household goods stolen. Over the next few weeks I spoke to several people who had trailers and boats stolen from this lot. Many of them referred to there being an inside operation. Bessemer police were worthless. After filing the original report I tried three times to contact the officer that took our report and never received a return call. We were specifically told by the officer to call with any further questions or concerns, but no response when we did. My advice...don't rent space here, go to another location.
