I have proof I paid via the appropriate mobile app (ParkMobile) for a parking spot. My license plate number needed to be updated in the mobile app due to the DMV unexpectedly providing me with a new license plate last month. However, I do have my car's description listed on my account in the app I used to pay for parking. In my opinion, if a tag or vehicle description can be found for a car that has paid for a spot in the lot in question, the vehicle should not be towed before some type of verification process. The parking mobile app has my email address. An email could have been sent to me to confirm my license plate, VIN, car description, confirmation number of payment, etc. This company is able to receive the license plate information from the mobile app, but they cannot see the vehicle description I provided? Additionally, there are not any signs up in the parking lot I used to remind people to check their license plate for accuracy. Other lots I have used have people take a picture of their license plate. The way this company deals with people for small errors is not customer friendly. Tonight, many of the people towed from the lot I used where attending a fundraising dinner to support great causes in the community. In my opinion, what happened to me and other attendees was not right and I wanted to share my experience to warn others.

Tickets were half as much as they were in Atlanta so I drove to Birmingham for a mini-break! Parking can be pre-purchased online starting at $20 but there was a line of cars to enter so arrive early. Even though I had $25 nosebleed seats (shoutout to Live Nation's 1/2 off sale), the screens made it easy to see and the acoustics were great! Both performers were AMAZING! The line moved fairly quickly and I had no issues with security or staff (unlike State Farm). But an end row seat meant I had to frequently stand to to let people in. Patrons were super friendly. We all sang along to Maze's "Before I Let Go" as we exited. Rest in heaven Frankie Beverly.. I didn't order anything or use the restrooms so I can't comment on the amenities or food yet. But it was a pleasant experience. I recommend Legacy Arena BJCC and will return. Pics to come on my next visit!

The late great John Denver performed the first concert at the BJCC coliseum (known today as the Legacy Arean) on Sept. 28, 1976! Growing up, the BJCC was a big entertainment destination because few and far between were the "great" entertainment acts who visited my hometown of Huntsville, AL. Over the years, I've seen lots of great acts at the BJCC, including Van Halen [pre Van Hagar days] numerous times starting in August 1981, the legendary The Who on November 30, 1982, Kid Rock numerous times, and attended an excellent Alanis Morisette show here! It's nice to have the Uptown Entertainment District nearby and the extensive modernization of the arena in 2020 enhanced the lighting and sound systems, concessions, and amenities for artists. Well done Majic City!

It's a beautiful airport. I loved all the art displayed throughout the terminal, and I especially appreciated that they have a sensory room available. Little things like that make such a difference. Fred Shuttlesworth the civil rights activist) when you walk in your baggage claim is downstairs and you get to the plane from the second floor. TSA pre check is offered as well as clear so if you have those services you can get through the airport rather quickly. You arrive to terminal C which branches off to the various terminals that house American Airlines. You see so many options and beautiful artwork. It's full of history and beautiful plants. The shopping experience is nice you have about four shops to choose from and many vending machines from hot noodles to cakes. It's a small airport but it has everything you need to make your travel experience a great one. They even have a sensory room you can utilize. All and all great time I would fly from this airport again.
