They have two locations that are literally diagonal from each other across Morgan road. The pricing was also reasonable compared to facilities in Hoover.

Rented 2 storage units in one day. Code was not working to have access to unit. There is no 24…read morehour emergency number to call. After loading up U-haul and movers to help move, we were not able to access the unit. Later learned the access code provided was set to "Office hours only"; therefore we were unable to access the unit until the next day. Costs us additional money to keep U-haul an extra day AND pay movers to come back and help. Was offered $25 for "inconvenience", which did not come close to additional costs we had to spend due to their error. Jordan, district manager, advised that "mistakes do happen" and I guess it was up to us to cover the costs they created. I would highly recommend not using this facility, you get what you pay for.
