I originally chose this place because it is literally across the street from my new home. Plus, the cost is far lower than their competitors. The attentive and überly friendly staff, have made my choice seem like it was the absolute best one. You will not be disappointed when you choose this place to store your things. The office area is well staffed and extremely clean (the storage units are also incredibly clean--and I have had many storage units--even if this unit is not used for storing JUNK like the other ones were....I digress). The establishment is very clean, and I feel safer because there are video cameras all through the halls.

I made arrangements and moved my belongings out and called to ask about my refund I was told NO there is no refund. I wouldn't have paid an extra month and moved out had I known this. I was told the manager did not tell me there was a refund but he did. He kept denying the information I was given. He is correct there is nothing in contract about refund at the end or prorating only to sucker you in when you rent your space. I am not deaf and I had a witness who heard the conversation so with that being said I didn't write the review when this occurred since I was very angry at being mistreated. I feel that this situation needs to be spoken of to warn others of what can and will happen if you take the word of someone over the phone. Very poor services!!!! BEWARE!!

I have never had an issue with anything here, they always have whichever truck I reserved online ready for me, always have the extra blankets and dolly available. Sure, customer service is just ok, but I've never had a blatant issue with anybody! It cost around $50 to rent a 10' truck for 6 hours. The 10' truck fit a queen size bed, couch, dresser, hutch, chairs, and lots of boxes!
