Unfortunately, they showed up with no dolly and no tools, and appeared inexperienced. At one point, one of the loaders was standing around. When I asked what he was waiting on, he openly said, "I'm waiting on the dolly"--which turned out to be my dolly, not one provided by the company. That moment really highlighted the lack of preparation and professionalism. When you confirm expectations in advance, it's reasonable to expect they'll be met. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case here, and it added unnecessary stress to an already demanding moving day. I even called the person dealt with during the booking and asked that someone bring the crew a dolly but that request was not met. I am certainly glad I did not book this company for my entire move as the movers that unloaded my U-Haul (in Dallas) were absolutely superb for same cost.

Once inside, Andrea greeted me and asked how she could help. She quickly pulled up my order and gathered the boxes I had purchased. She went above and beyond by helping me carry them out and somehow worked magic getting them to fit into my Chevy Malibu, which was truly no small task. I was so grateful for her patience, and willingness to help. While inside, I also picked up some packing labels. One thing to note is that they do not accept tap to pay, so Apple Pay will not work. Be sure to bring a physical card. Overall, great customer service and a very positive experience thanks to Andrea. Moving is stressful enough, and her kindness made it a little lighter and a lot easier.

Sometimes I'm here enjoying the music for so long, the lights go off in the hallway and I have to walk back down to the corner to trigger the motion sensors. These are minor setbacks. Staff at the front desk is very nice and willing to walk you to your unit for a grand tour and tutorial on lock opening. Parking is so easy, a spot right by my side door is always open! They have some flatbeds available to use strewn about the hallways. I do wish there was a readily available dumpster in the parking lot, though. I would love to be able to get rid of stuff on my way out.
