Clean, air conditioned, the soft radio hits lilt around you as you hunch over boxes of whatever odd things didn't make the cut to be stored at home. I actually quite enjoy the music: yacht rock, oughts hits, madonna, the works. Sometimes I'm here enjoying the music for so long, the lights go off in the hallway and I have to walk back down to the corner to trigger the motion sensors. These are minor setbacks. Staff at the front desk is very nice and willing to walk you to your unit for a grand tour and tutorial on lock opening. Parking is so easy, a spot right by my side door is always open! They have some flatbeds available to use strewn about the hallways. I do wish there was a readily available dumpster in the parking lot, though. I would love to be able to get rid of stuff on my way out. read more

I've been coming here for about a year now and it's a nice storage facility. There are plenty of cameras arounds, which adds a good sense of security and there's plenty of space to park and load your items. I'm not sure what hours the staff work. There's been several times that I've needed assistance, but no one was there. They do tend to respond well via email though. read more

Facility is well lit at night and very clean on the inside. The manager Amanda has been there ever since I started storing. She has always been professional and taken care of request within a timely manner. I recommend Morningstar to all my friends and family to keep belongs safe and secure! read more

YOUR BELONGINGS AREN'T SAFE HERE. I would never go with this company again. My stuff was stolen. Literally broke in through the top and stole tons of things. Heavy items at that. Smfh. My unit was wiped out. The unit next to it open. That's how they robbed us. That little thin wire isn't stopping anymore from breaking into your unit. All they did was prey the net open to the empty unit and pry ours open to enter. If it was damaged it would sit better with me. To know someone actually went through all of my belongings and stole thousands worth of things that should have been safe. This is the worst storage company ever. Once again your things are not safe with those little wires "enclosing your unit". read more

Super easy to deal with, extremely courteous and helpful staff, and a great value for climate controlled storage. Justin was the manager in charge when I was signing the paperwork, and he could not have been nicer or more helpful. read more

This is the BEST storage facility and incredibly helpful management. Bo is wonderful! I had to get a storage unit during the covid outbreak. Bo was incredibly helpful and did everything online. I highly recommend this facility and outstanding work by BO! read more

Great storage place if you are looking. I chose this place because of its location and very pleased thus far. So first thing first, the transition from my last storage unit was very easy. Quick sign-up, quick auto-pay option, - quick move-in. They even have a box truck to use! The staff was very helpful and nice. They always have coffee and cookies available (although I haven't tried them yet). Tons of carts. Drive up doors. Clean and accessible. What more could you ask for. Perhaps a conference room available for any tenant? Once again, I haven't used. But this place truly feels like you are getting the royal treatment as far as storage places go. A little pricey, but WELL worth it! read more

We stored with Morningstar for 4-5 years only stopping because we are moving. The staff is always friendly and helpful. We cannot say enough good things about them, particularly Bo. The units themselves are well taken care of, everything is always clean, temperature controlled and free of insects or other pests. We highly recommend Morningstar. read more

Mr. Reynolds and the staff are courteous and eager to work with you. Would use again.

Easy storage solution. First unit I reserved we found out half way through moving in that it was too small for all of our stuff. The management quickly found us a larger unit close to the original to make the reloading easier. read more

The storage place is awesome friendly and willing to help any way they can and Bo Reynolds is awesome!!!

Morningstar storage was outstanding. The storage units are all indoors and truly climate controlled. There is easy access in and out 24 hours a day and they have a moving truck that can be used for free if paying for a storage unit. The store manager, Bo, is extremely helpful and available whenever needed. I will definitely plan to use this place again. read more

do not rent from this place!!! they do not value their customers, the current manager mitch is nasty and rude and will make up lies that you threatened him when you only mentioned that you are going to social media about his unprofessional behavior and the way he has treated you!!! his boss brandee is even worst, instead of her correcting the situation, she begins to lie as well when i have the entire ordeal recorded! to make matters worse they continue to change up management and fail to keep up with their records and notes from the previous manager and tries to blame you for the issue! they have poor customer service and refuse to right their wrongs. also all of their positive reviews are from the past and from paid customers! im here to tell you the truth and i have several videos to prove what i am saying! again, do not believe the hype! run far away from this company as possible. i have the proof! do not use this storage, you will be sorry! read more
